As a freelance writer with more than 10 years of experience, I signed up with BlogMutt in hopes of diversifying my income. I worked with them for over a year, during which I submitted around 500 posts while maintaining a below-average rejection rate. However, I attempted to log in to my BlogMut account one day, only to discover they had suspended me. They didn't tell me why, nor did they respond to my emails. What a highly unprofessional and downright shady way to treat your writers. Here's my advice to fellow freelance writers: stay away from BlogMutt!

Be careful and read their terms and conditions, they trick you into ongoing payments and secret loop holes. I honestly suggest looking at other options! They are much more trouble then they are worth! Avoid at all costs!
After I signed up months ago, I didn't write an article because I couldn't find anything to write based on the type of articles sought by the clients. Although I explained this to the website owner as he emailed me to urge me to write, he kept frequently writing to me on this until I logged in and made it so I would get no more notifications from them. About a month ago, I made my occasional login attempt only to find my account had obviously been cancelled by that same guy.
