Always good service. Prices are a little high compared to others but I've never had them take and hold money only to tell me 2 weeks later they don't have the part and proceed to take a month to refund my money. I order my part, track it, receive it. Only issues that have come up were from the USPS. After ordering multiple hard to find parts for my 97 Honda Helix and getting them everytime, on time, I'd say they are reliable.
Ordered over $700 worth of parts and received a confirmation email immediately, it has been almost 6 months since date of purchase and I still have not received my parts, the toll free # listed is disconnected, other # found on their website does not accept calls, they do not respond to voice message or emails. Avoid this company.

Ordered more than two months ago and charged right away, still no shipment. Their phone auto answers and auto hangs up no matter which option is selected. Attempted live chat', but that is unavailable too. They updated the site awhile back to mention a 2-3 week delay, but 2+ months now for me. They keep taking orders and payments, just no delivery. This is criminal.
Fire to would like to say the only reason they're getting one star is because I cannot give 0. I placed an order 9/14/2021, received an email 9/15/2021 stating that there was a delay and am still waiting in February 2022! They are good at giving excuses I ordered parts for my Honda ATV four months ago And still have nothing they took my money right away and are now saying 7 to 10 days for a refund this is unacceptable. I have ordered other items that have come from China that have gotten here within a couple of weeks their excuses do not cut it. I ordered a few parts in early May 2021. I emailed bikebanditservice around 2 weekslater looking for an update. They told be one of my parts was being shipped from another warehouse so there will be a two or three day wait before my parts ship out. Now, after almost two months, they still havent shipped and I cant seem to get a response from their email, live chat, or get them on the phone. I am really disappointed in this company and am out $200 for the time being. Very poor costomer service.

I should have known bandits went rogue, placed an order on 13th July, item was on backorder for over 60 days, asked them to cancel the order & issue refund on 7th September. The agent on Facebook assured me it would take 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on mt account. One month later, still no refund. My efforts to reach them on Facebook, twitter and email have been in vain. This is fraud, period.

I purchased motorcycles parts from bikebandit.com on 10/10/2021. 10/11/21 got an email saying 1 part was unavailable and would get a refund for that part. As of 1/26/2022 I still have no refund. I have sent multiple emails and had no response. I have called and left a message with no call back. I have called many other times and never get anything but the automated voicemail system. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS you will be disappointed.

I order parts from Bike Bandit. It took 15-20 (Multiple Parts) days to get the inventory then another 6 working days to ship, When you call, there is no customer service reps that care. Just a lot of sorry that's just the way it is. I had a trip planned and needed parts for my side by side, Thinking a month would be plenty of time to get the parts. WRONG! Do not buy from the company unless you can wait 1-2 months for your parts.

I was charged for a part which was not available. After several phone and email attempts to contact "Bike Bandit," still no reply, only a recording.
Our credit card company has submitted a request for reimbursement from "Bike Bandit," still no response, no part, and no refund. We're simply out the money. Will be submitting our experience on every review site we can find including BBB.

Ordered over a month ago. All items showed in stock at the time of ordering. They charged my credit card 10/17. As of today 11/18 they haven't shipped anything. I guess there's not hurry when they already have your money, instead of charging when shipping like every reputable dealer.
UPDATE 12/19: They still have my money and haven't shipped anything.
UPDATE 2/5: I cancelled the order and asked for my money back today. Will not do business with them again.

A little over a year ago, I ordered 4 speakers for my motorcycle. The price came to $341.18. They kept me updated for a few months on the fact the parts were backordered from BMW. After that, I heard nothing. I've tried contacting them several times via phone and e mails. No response. I've left messages that I'd like my money back. I found a different source and acquired speakers already. Their phone number *******888 is disconnected. The other number, you get a recording saying they are extremely busy and can't answer the phone. Leave a name and number and they'll get back to you. That hasn't happened. I suggest you find some other motorcycle supply company. Not these people.

Do not do business with this company. All items on the website are backordered and nothing ever arrives. They will state an arrival date far enough into the future that you can't dispute the purchase with your credit provider. There is zero communication with this company through email or phone.

I ordered some motorcycle parts on 8/27/21, they took my money that day. On 8/30/21 they notified me that they did not have the parts and they did not know when they would get them. I waited a month and then on 9/29/21 I cancelled the order. I was assured that I would receive a refund in a couple of weeks. So now it's been three months since I cancelled my order and nothing. I have called numerous times, I have Emailed several times and no resolution. I would never do any business with Bike Bandit.
Just to make it quick I ordered in August waited a little over a month never received order call him up and they tell me they don't know when it will be shipped that they just middleman so I canceled my order expecting to receive my $210 refund it's now December 31st and I still have yet to receive refund cannot get a hold of the people horrible customer service and a waste of time avoid at all costs

This has to be the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Placed an order back in Oct and now it is Feb and still no delivery. Left countless messages with no response! I work extremely hard for my money and don't appreciate anyone taking it and think it is ok. Will be reporting to BBB. I'm sure they already have a list going. I ordered a battery based on the website's fitment and it took months to be delivered. Upon arrival, it didn't fit. When I attempted to return, authorization was required. After repeated attempts, I couldn't get through by email or phone. Now I'm stuck with an expensive battery that doesn't fit and past the return window.
A seriously dishonest online merchant. Purchased $350.00 of parts, returned an ill fitting poor quality seat cover 1 day after receipt of order, valued at $50.00, followed return instructions to the letter. Bike Bandit acknowledged receipt of the return in an email 3 days later, and mentioned a refund would be noted to the account within 7-10 days. That was 3 months ago. Repeated requests for an update never replied to. Others mention same issue with refunds, recommend you stay away from this merchant, lots of honest, responsive online sellers treat customers like they care, this one couldnt care less.

I ordered a set of front and rear spokes. It took them 2 weeks to ship them, they sent the wrong rear spokes, and because of a cardboard box they told me there was nothing they could do to refund me. They even stated that it isn't good business practice to take losses so that means its on me I guess. I strongly suggest going to motosport or rocky mountain atv/mc.

I ordered over a month ago. Got a confirmation email upon initial ordering but never heard anything after that. I've called their customer service line multiple times (always goes to voicemail - never get a call back), and emailed their customer service as well (no reply). I'm out a good amount of money and am seething. Their online customer live chat is also a hoax; it redirects to a non-existent webpage. I agree with a previous commenter: they're criminals.

Placed order 15 days ago, my card was charged, no update, phone just gets busy tone, no email response, and the live chat feature seems to be not working. I have ordered other parts from 4 different suppliers one even international and they all came in and with excellent communication. Contact me so we can resolve my order and I can get my bike back on the road please!
Years of reliable service until now. I ordered two tires and one was not in stock(which I found out after I payed) so after 3 hours on hold and calling back, they said I would get a refund for the 1 tire. 25 days later and no refund after emailing and calling them. All I get is a run around.
Edit: finally after reporting them to the BBB, I got my refund. Will not deal with them again.
