All though the customer service did an excellent job at making me satisfied. The manufacturing and the buyers did very poorly. I purchased one rocking chair and found it to be well packed it was cracked and splitting. Customer service sent another chair in an attempt to rectify the complaint. The second chair that arrived was in the same condition and worse. I kept both chairs and had to purchase wood filler and repair the chairs as best I could myself.

My umbrella stand arrived with some damage. Best choice responded quickly. Sent a replacement without requiring a return. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I purchased a Christmas Tree from Best Choice Products, through Amazon, and am very pleased. The tree is beautiful. Just as importantly, I had an issue and contacted their website. My issue was handled promptly, professionally, and completely to my satisfaction. I will purchase from Best Choice Products again in the future and will recommend them to others.

I ordered this umbrella for a party that I was having.
When it arrived the lights did not function. I contacted CS and within four hours was given instructions on what to check. I ran through the checks but still no lights and I contacted them. Again, within a couple of hours I received a response apologizing for the difficulties and an offer was made to replace it at no cost to me and to do what I wanted with the defective one. Since my event was over, I had no need for another one and I had located and repaired the wiring three days later and now the lights worked. I explained to the rep that the issue was resolved and no longer required a refund or replacement that I would just keep it and find a use for it.
They refunded the purchase price anyway with the explanation that because of the defect it did not work for my event!
This is way beyond good or great customer service, it is OUTSTANDING!

Do not hesitate to purchase products from this company. They stand behind their products completely!

I am beyond surprised at the customer service this company provides and the quality and look of the item. I took a chance and ordered a dining set without reviews. It came via FedEx, safely packaged and with clear instructions. I put it together alone in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend.

I'm in love with the chair. Only reason I am giving 4 stars because the assembly took for 2 hrs. The nails are recommended for the front of the seat piece weren't long enough. Used extra long nails came with it
Most comfortable chair in my lanai. Can easily sleep in there.
Only other thing I can recommend to have a ticker cushions as a future reference.

You have all heard the saying, "It's not what happens to you, it's what you do about it." This Company believes in that wholeheartedly. Things can happen when products are made and shipped to the home. In my case, when I opened the box of a large and heavy foosball table game, everything was perfect except for one broken cup holder. When I contacted Best Choice Products they responded immediately. In fact, their email response started with "Warm greetings from Best Choice Products,". Pretty unusual wouldn't you say? They made my new foosball table whole in less than a week. It was overall a pleasant experience. Not too many times you can say that right? This Company lives up to their name. Best Choice Products is the best choice. I totally recommend them.

I think the beds are great quality except the cross braces seem flimsy. But they just support the structure from bowing so they should be sufficient. I will find out once they are filled. Customer service was very helpful and prompt with replacement. I did the interaction with "Chat" but I had no problems.

I ordered a cat bed from a website. There was a code for a discount. The purchase went through, but the discount code wasn't captured. I called Best Choice Products. A representative understood my problem; she verified the discount and told me the discount would be credited to my credit card and tip he time it would take.
I was notified when the charge was credited to my account.
I appreciated that the company kept me apprised of the situation.
P.S. My cat really liked the bed.

Ordered a 10'x10" two-tiered umbrella. When it arrived I went to erect it and discovered that some parts were missing I emailed Best Choice products and explained why I was contacting them. I received an email from them the next day and they asked me to answer a few questions. I sent them back an email with the answers to their questions. The following day I received another email from them. They said they were very sorry for the missing parts however they have no spare parts but if I wanted they would send a complete new order to me and I was to keep the one missing parts. I received the new umbrella package within three days. I have never received such wonderful customer from anyone.

I advised BCP via email and photo that the top portion of my Christmas tree was smaller than the rest. They offered 25% discount which I accepted. They then offered a free replacement. I turned that down. The tree is quite nice so no need for a replacement.

I have shopped here several times and I have always been happy with my products. I have experienced problems with two different items and the company has replaced them for me for free! The customer service is beyond incredible and you just can't beat Best Choice Products! They truly care about their customers and you won't find any other company that treats you better, guaranteed! I had an issue with an item I ordered. After a quick phone call they shipped me a brand new item to replace the one that had an issue. I LOVE good customer service!

I purchased a sewing table for my wife from Best Choice Products. After easy assembly one of the casters broke. Upon emailing their customer service for a replacement or upgraded caster they replied within 4 hours. After sending them pictures they gave me an option of total replacement without any questions. The replacement table arrived in the time frame they stated without any cost to me.I am very happy and would definitely buy Best Choice Products again.

Just bought a patio lounger from them. Everything was just as advertised. Good quality. Shipments were on time. At one point, I thought I was missing some hardware. I contacted Best Choice, and they immediately began to to process replacements. I ultimately found the hardware package and was able to cancel the replacement in time. The customer service was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely purchase another product from Best Choice.

Bought eukalaly for my granddaughter, she's 3 loves to play my old one. It arrived beautiful but couldn't tighten strings to tune on both knobs on right side. Strings just fell to side. Called customer service was great, sent me a new one free of charge, awesome but 2nd one same problem. Emailed they apologised again, very nice. Sent me a bar code to take to ups to send free of any return charge on me for refund. That is great customer service! Thank you. I ordered a holiday lighted display which arrived super fast, was beautiful, and easy to assemble. Until the lights in the moose's antlers and head never came on. I called them and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement I had in hand in two days. They said I don't need to return the malfunctioning item, saving me the hassle of packing and mailing. So easy, and I am very satisfied with both the product and their dedication to standing by their merchandise.

Purchased a recliner through Amazon. Delivered quickly. After two days, the switch on the recliner broke. Called Best Choice and they resolved issue within five minutes. Excellent Customer Service.

I had got a lift recliner from BCP for my mother for her surgery, it arrived and was beautiful and great quality, but unfortunately it was to big for my space so I had to send back. It was a great experience as well. The only little thing I would say bad is that it's taken longer to get a refund, but it was 3rd party bought through so not sure whose to blame there. But I'm just patiently waiting on that. Other than that they are very prompt to answer your questions and help out. Thanks for the easy service.
