This place is a scam stole my money gave wrong tracking info I reported to the police they are 100% scams thieves how dare you take things from a baby I have proof that this is a scam website just to take your money the email is fake the phone number is fake an they give you someone else's tracking number an you do not get any items I preferred a car seat an never received was just straight scammed

Very pleased with my purchase. I was offered a coupon that saved me %10 and not only was shipping free but it was very quick. I received my dock a tot within 5 days. I was also excited about to the option to use Amazon pay. It made the transaction quick and easy

I've never placed an order and have it delivered that quickly in my life not mention free shipping on a product that weighs about 35lbs. I thought it was a scam cause it was expensive and I've never heard of the store. I'm so happy with the service that whatever I can buy for my baby will be bought from them. I had to scramble to find an item last second because this place sold me a hard to find toy but didn't actually have enough. They said their power went out and therefore their inventory was out of wack. I bought it online, how does the power effect a store? I dont know but either way, I was very very unhappy.

Needed to replace a car seat immediately and found what I needed at a lower price than Amazon. Everything from ordering on the website, to getting feedback and questions answered on the website was smooth. I was also shocked how quickly the delivery was processed and shipped on the same day... even quicker than Amazon Prime!

The item I ordered wasn't available so I received a phone call from Baby Supermarket and was offered something better. I can't say enough about this company and their service, it doesn't get much better than this.

I ordered the Adora Babydoll online. Wonderful fast service! I gave the doll to my daughter for Christmas and she loved it. Problem was the arm came off right away. Like it wasn't sewn very well. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in contacting the company to replace the doll. So they were very helpful even though the doll was not good quality.

The service was prompt, and I was kept informed about the progress. One thing to keep in mind if you are in a rush is Fedex 2 day shipping is not a true 2-day shipping if you buy in the second half of the week since they don't deliver over the weekend.
