Accounts with paypal after sometimes usually required that the user submit his/her real identity. details government photo id like drivers license, international passport, utility bill for a prove of address and in case of business account, bank statement for the submited bank account and that of credit card are required to open the account when the account is locked. how do auctionassistance handle such a situation as i wouldn't be able to provide such documents. Answer:

There is no such thing as a PayPal account verified with a utility bill and ID. Anything relating to documents you need to provide.

Hi! i'm interested in information about setting up an amazon account under my husband's name. i had an account banned about 7 years ago under my name (due to an issue with an ex-husband messing up orders). amazon would not cooperate at all and "shut me down" when i asked them to reconsider. i tried to complete a "real appeal" just this past year and was told that they would not open my account and they would not reply to any further messages. so... basically going with a service such as yours seems to be my best idea now. would this be something that could work? Greetings, It can work, as long as the new account being set up has no previous information used as on your suspended account. It would mean address and other details cannot be used. Prepaid cards still work, it just depends on which ones you can get access to. We can assist for sure, but depends on the situation of the account. There will be instances where eBay or Paypal will place a permanent limitation without appeal which is nearly impossible to reinstate. If i don't have a usa bank account to attach to my paypal for withdrawal, is there any other way around it? can you help? is it possible to withdraw using any of your vcc?

Answer:

If you cannot get a USA bank, you can try the prepaid cards as most of them come with bank details. Another way to go is to have a personal PayPal account with your bank attached and then send money from the new one to your personal one. Many would say this would post a risk, but that would be true if you are sending money to it every day.
