I've saved hundreds of dollars buying shoes from this company. Among my favorite brands are Cole Haan, Coach, and high end New Balance. I know these brands and how they fit my feet. I check reviews online, usually Amazon, to get overall idea of fit and or quirks. I've come up short twice on shoes with styles or seams that hurt my feet and yes it sure is expensive to return... thus the 4 stars. In ordering multiple shoes, the first is $9.00 and others are 1/2 off. I try to buy 3-4 pair at a time. By the way, this is how San Diego based Shoe Metro gets rid of returns, overstock and damaged shoes.

I contacted AS twice by email regarding a defective product and how I might return it. The product was sold through overstock, by apparelsave. I contacted overstock for assistance and Overstock said that AS had would contact me within 24 hours by phone. AS never did. So I kept my defective product. AS - you guys are terrible. Ive see reviews on ebay for AS. They are very poor as well. How many bad reviews does a company need before they fix themselves?

I've purchased maybe over 50 pairs of shoes from this company. I've been looking on Ebay and they're not on eBay anymore. I was wondering why? So I did a search and saw this. I've shopped at this company for like ever and shoes were always just as listed "new" even when they had a scuff or whatever it was so minimal that to me they were new! Shipped with speed and shipped with care and at awesome, awesome prices. I was happy and satisfied with every purchase I have ever made. Maybe 2x I purchased something where they got back to me and refunded the money because they claimed to be out of stock, to me no problems the deals I got here I couldn't get anywhere on Ebay. I miss them already. Still wondering what happened. #shoeaholic

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from JET, fulfilled by ApparelSave. The site indicated they had the size and color I wanted. These boots are readily available at other sites, but they and JET simply cancelled my order because ApparelSave will not honor the price. Now I go online and see all the bad reviews of this company - why am I not surprised? But Jet has also failed to satisfy a customer and has irreparably damaged any desire I have to ever do business with them again. I love you Amazon! ApparelSave and Jet can take the boots and shove them.

I had searched many sites to find Brooks Glycerin shoes and not pay the going price of $150.00. These are the only tennis shoes i have worn since developing plantar fascities in 2004 that I could wear without inserts. I received the shoes in a timely manner. The shoes looked brand new and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied. If i had read some of the reviews posted, i never would have ordered them.

Ordered a pair of boots through Walmart which was filled by Apparelsave. They didn't have my size and without asking me, they sent a bigger size which of course did not fit. The boots have to be returned and as it is there fault for sending the wong size, I expect a refund for the shipping both ways. The customer service is the worst giving me the run around nd rfusing to pay shipping. Don't recommend this company and will never shop with them or Walmart

I have ordered 11 pr. 1 pr had a little smudge on side of boot. My daughter would add 5 more the 1st day she wears them. Another pr a little big but I will give them as a gift. I could understand the whinning if you people are paying retail. Most of mine total with shipping I paid 6 or 7$. For the money great value...

Hi I have read most of the reviews about apparelsave and they were not good. I can only tell you that i have purchased many shoes and boots from them on the ebay site I can not complain about anything transactions went smoothly even if i had a return it was a smooth transaction I wish they were still on ebay

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Apparelsave on ebay for $70 and paid about $9 per pair to ship. The shoes were shipped to me in Indiana from Tennessee. Two of the pairs didn't work out and since they have a 30 day return policy I requested to send them back. They approved the return, and wanted me to ship them back to San Diego which would have cost me $50. They do this on purpose knowing it costs too much to send the items back so buyers just keep the shoes. Beware of buying from them unless you know you won't be returning anything.

I wrote a terrible review of their services on eBay and they didn't publish it. This company sends the wrong product and then makes its money via the shipping costs. They are scammers and I suggest you stay as far away from ApparelSave as possible.

Do not shop from this seller. They will send you the wrong item. When you ask about a refund they will have robots send you automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue but they have not cooperated and I have asked eBay to step in. Horrible!

I ordered a pair of "Anne Klein" shoes on EBay from "apparelsave". Very disappointed with the quality of these $70.99 shoes. Leather was very hard, several nicks on the leather and I had to pull glue? Off of the heels. The same day I received the shoes the price went down to $51.99! Apparelsaves response was that,"We are a discount store and our prices vary according to popularity and several other reasons." I will stay away from these "discount" stores because they are no bargains. They did not offer me a refund or a discount on the shoes.,

I ordered a pair of shoes a half size larger than what I normally wear to play it safe figuring I could just wear thick socks if needed. When I finally got the shoes delivered which took forever, they were at least a whole size too small. I called to see if I would be charged to return/exchange them and they said that I am responsible for shipping fees. Needless to say I am not happy. I am now charged for shipping to my house as well as back to the store with nothing to show for it... thanks. If you're buying shoes don't buy your shoe size, buy AT LEAST a size and a half larger.

It's honestly sad that I have to say this, but there are a lot of cry babies, who don't seem to have the capability to shop online. Honestly, this is one of the cheapest companies price-wise one might encounter. I personally continuously come back, and recommend this company to a lot of people, because I like to share a great deal.

On this site, I hear a lot of people complaining about frivolous issues, such as a shoe that they purchased didn't fit, and that they had to pay to ship for the return portion of the item. Really? I mean, what do they expect? Do they think that the "Apparelsave" as a company should pay out of their own pocket, because the customer purchased a shoe that did not fit? How is this ApparelSave's problem? Shipping is extremely expensive and the price of shipping has gone up since 2016. Why is it that people expect to get some type of "free handout" on the price of shipping? If you make a mistake and order the wrong item, that is on you, and if you leave one star based on your own mistake that makes you a pretty sad, and negative person who has absolutely nothing going for them in the future.

Their customer service is some of the worst in any industry. I never got my product, it was shipped to the wrong address because there was a very old address saved in my ebay profile. I corrected this in the same minute as I placed my order, but it still went out the next day to the wrong address and both ebay and apparelsave did nothing to make sure I got my product. The customer service was passive aggressive and condescending. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I can say honestly that I've never seen a company that cares as little as apparelsave. Borderline scam, stay away.

Bought two pairs of shoes that I thought I was purchasing at K-Mart. My fault for not readying ALL the fine print. Shoes were late, one pair does not fit. I paid original shipping which was more than one of the pairs of shoes. The shoe that doesn't fit (is the one that cost less than shipping), I have to send back on my dime! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their shipping charges is where they make their money.

I ordered Birkenstock shoes (I love Birkenstock shoes!) and they came and I love them, the price was unbelievable! I would buy again from them in a heartbeat.

Received Karen Scott Fannia Women Round Toe Synthetic Black Ankle Boot in the size I wear in every other boot I own, and these felt like a size 9.
One of their FAKE reviewers "Alexander L." says we're cry babies for not having the "Capability to shop online" and not receive return shipping for faulty sized products. Return shipping for a fraudulently advertised product is not unreasonable.
NEVER BUY FROM APPARELSAVE OR SHOEMETRO!

Idk what the bad reviews are about. I've bought tons and tons of shoes from them. For myself and my 3 kids. 2 girls and a boy. Great deals. Truthfully I've probably purchased more than 25 pairs of shoes and boots from them. I only had one thing happen that got resolved quickly. I ordered a pair of bikes for my son and they sent me two left shoes. Theircustomer service was awesome and I got my money quickly refunded. Unfortunately they didnt have anymore of those shoes. So they couldn't send me a replacement pair. I just bought another of a different kind. But that was handled satisfactory and without problems. Some of their shoes are floor models. And some damaged. It is clearly explained and listed on their description of their merchandise if their is. I can only think that the bad reviews are those who don't read the descriptions and end up getting the shoes and had no clue they would be damaged or flawed. But that's on customer not the seller. And they dont try to scam or hide it. They are up front about it. Clearly some of the people who give bad reviews need to learn how to read. As far as my experience has been with them I'm extremely happy with this seller.

I placed an order through the Walmart site, so I had several items that I had purchased. I bought items from this company and for $3.96 they charged me $56.95 shipping! And the items only weight a couple ounces a peice! I will NEVER buy from them again! I called and talked to their customer service, and they would not refund any of the shipping cost!

I ordered a pair of over the knee suede boots. When I received them the left boot was new but the right boot was used and worn. The suede was scuffed and worn completely away up the front of the calf, on the inside of the heel and top inner thigh of the boot. Not at all subtle damage, this boot looks absolutely trashed. WTF

This company has a very unreasonable return policy. They shipped items to me in packages that I could not use for the return and expected me to buy a new packaging as well as pay for the shipping for the return out-of-pocket. I will continue to order from other companies such as Zappos and I will never order from this company again. It cost me a great deal of money when something simply didn't fit.

They advertised some sandals I've bought as leather but they were synthetic. Ive paid shipping rates and a HUGE custom fee as I'm Canadian. They didn't want to pay for the shipping to return or to return my money. Theyd rather have the negative feedback on Ebay. Way to make business, congratulations!

ApparelSave.com sold me "new" shoes that fell apart 3 weeks after I received them but they refused to refund my money. There wasn't enough time in those few weeks for me to damage the shoes -- it's obvious they were defective. Dreadful way to run a business!
