Bought a Fate Anime Pillow Cover (160x50cm), turns out doesn't fit to my pillow that is also 160x50cm.
Sent an email along with few photos as evidence to proof that poor quality cover can't even fit the pillow.
And they replied "all products are in par with our standards before shipping out and every item is strictly monitored and checked before packing".
Know what? That's bullsh! T.
No refund or exchange.
You guys should reconsider before choosing this sh! T company.
As you guys can see, it is not even close to 50cm.

I live in the southern part of the US. My pillow cover and inner pillow arrived nicely packed in 7 days. The two way tricot is nicely printed. I am very content to hug my waifu. I think next purchase, I will buy their add on accessories to dress up my waifu.

Site steals and traces art from well known artists and sells it as original. Avoid at all cost and buy from stores approved by the artists. Low quality prints, bad material and horrendously overpriced. Do not fall for the youtubers being paid to promote yet another chinese scam company

Do not support these art thieves. They illegally steal from smaller individual artists and circles and claims the art as their own. These guys steal art from the sample art which are approximately 7-8x smaller than the source and upscale them along with some edits. Even with the edits many details are still lost. Their products are bootleg. Their material is also lower quality "2WT." Do not be fooled by their 2WT as legit shop's 2WT's are just much higher quality. Their prices are also way too overpriced even for a bootleg.

I made 2 orders and both times there where missing items. They where no where to be seen in the sealed box. I contacted support and they blamed me and the shipping correr saying they lost a box. THERE WAS ONLY ONE BOX SHIPPED ED

I ordered custom made daki but my image is too low so they help me find the best image for my fave character. I am really pleased with their service and customer support. I was surprised there were freebies when I received the package, plus the discount code I've got for my next purchase. Keep up the good work!

Sent my package to Alaska, I don't live in Alaska. Double checked my address, it was correct. Messaged support and they claimed it wasn't their fault for error in transit. 2/5 For getting back to me 20 hours later.

Dont buy from this website it scam you and also they said they shipped but it not so good luck and find legit website.

Have been purchasing all my dakimakura from this store. ADP has an amazing service!

I had a problem with one of my pillows because there was a rip where the zipper was, then I messaged the customer service people. And they gave me one 100% free! That is truly amazing service. I've never gotten treated that well for any defective item anywhere elsewhere!

I paid the extra $85 for expedited shipping. Be aware, that 5-7 business days is not from when you order it, but from whenever they end up shipping it. On top of that their tracking software either doesn't work, or its been a week and it hasn't shipped even though they said it did.

I doubt I'm getting my order at this point.

I ordered a pillow, a peach skin cover, and a large gaming mouse pad.

The quality of the image on both the cover and gamepad are great. The material is clear and durable.

The pillow is very light on filling. I can't really fault them on that, as I did not pay for the extra stuffing. On the bright side it includes a zipper on the pillow, making it very easy to add more filling if desired.

I can confirm I too ordered off animedakimakurapillow.com who, despite the social media YouTube hype, are Chinese counterfeiters and avoided by genuine collectors of licensed Japanese made dakimakura.
My pillow case is unusable as this company's products are 148cm x 46.5cm! (see attached photos at end of review) The standardised size of dakimakura pillow inserts (and covers) is 150cm x 50cm.

Shipping was horrendous "snail mail". They said they were using DHL express but my parcel arrived by standard Royal Mail Postman and their tracking didn't work. I paid $89.99 which included "free shipping" but the quality of manufacturing and shipping were awful (took exactly a WHOLE MONTH to arrive).

As a comparision I ordered something off kanojotoys.com. A Japanese company with Japanese made products. Theirs arrived international post within 6 working days, for the same price as animedakimakurapillow.com!
(Pro-tip kanojotoys.com sell authentic Japanese made dakimakuras, but it was too late for me to notice).

Measurements of my "150cm x 50cm" came in at 148cm x 46.5cm making my pillow look warped and too skinny. Look at my photos here exact same shortened measurements as corner cutting as Ha C.

The sponsored YouTube reviewers get provided with a flimsy, sparsely filled floppy feathered pillow to fit theirs but you can tell they got sent better made review pillows to make animedakimakurapillow.com look good, that aren't representative of what the average ADP customer gets.
They don't look as skinny as mine or the other 1 star reviewer. You don't get a bag or anime keychain either.
So yeah these reviews are bait and switch tactics.

If you want a decent guide on where to get a genuine Dakimakura and avoiding counterfeiters this guy is an experienced collector of japanese dakimakura. He even goes as far to call out animedakimakurapillow.com by name and calls them out as chinese knock-offs.

For $100-$150 you can purchase a genuine Japanese made dakimakura from Japan as it should be.

Animedakimakurapillow customer service, had this to say when I confronted them with the photo proof.
"I checked and confirmed with our team that we have indeed sent out the correct size for your
Pillow Cover. Also, our sizing method is standard as the purpose of the allowance is to give the cover a snug fit over the insert for a full volume look so the cover won't wrinkle easily."

Anyone can see that is BS. 150cm x 50cm is the international standard pillow insert. A counterfeit pillow case measuring 148cm by 46.5cm will not fit. There are no retail body pillows of that warped size or dimension either (I did check hence actioning a refund request from ADP).

You have been warned.

After ordering a pillow which cost up to $89 USD took 5-6 days to mark as shipped and the support is slow. Not to mention the support is limited and slow don't use they use fake reviews and pay people to add them.

I ordered a modification for a Dakimakura I have and the shipment came in faster than expected. Furthermore the product was excellent quality and I am overall satisfied with their business practices. Their email newsletters have tons of deals every day so there is always a good time to get something from Animedakimakurapillow at a good price. I would recommend this website for those interested in the anime dakimakura for their room!

I have been an anime lover since 2006, and i have buying a lot of dakimakura from different stores online. When i first bought to this store, there is a huge difference from the dakimakura that I've bought before. The printed image is so High Quality, it's like im looking at it straight from a computer. The fabric I've first bought is the Peach Skin which is the cheapest in their fabric (they have 4 fabric to choose from). I can say that peach skin is not bad at all, its thick, not stretchable but i like it being that way. The fabric is very durable, my first dakimakura from this store is almost two years now but still looking very nice, as good as new. Today i have 5 dakimakura from this store, i have bought all different kind of fabric to see the difference. For me i love the Two Way Tricot fabric, i like how it feels, the texture and everything.

Also they have a good customer service, if you are confuse in anything, or if you can't find a character, don't hesitate to ask them. They reply fast, and also they are replying on live chat.

Very Nice Dakimakura store i have seen. Looking forward on buying my future dakimakura :)

Their products is really great! Especially their Peach Skin and 2WAY Fabric Pillow Cover, it gives the soft feel to my skin yet it is so gentle. The stitch and the zipper didn't hurt my skin since it's very hidden on the edge, you won't even know it exist!

I have been buying Dakimakura covers from different sellers in local conventions and online and guess what ADP has the best husbando pillow I ever had. Their Daki was sooooo comfy and soft. It's print is very detailed and vibrant.

This shop has the widest selection of dakis I've seenanime from the past to the latest ones; variety of characters in different designs; with sizes and fabrics to choose from. Their site is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, customer service is excellent and never failed to respond to my queries nicely as I am quite a stubborn customer LOL Shipping is A+++! I got the Custom Made Two Way Tricot fabric of my Luciel and Viktor 150cm daki and it was absolutely amazing! I seriously think the quality is worth the price! Print's on point and the fabric feels extremely comfortable! I recommend y'all to get one!

All in all, ADP's products and services are terrific! I can't wait to get my next daki!
