I've ordered a lot of parts from AM Autoparts in the in the past and have always been satisfied. This time when I had a complaint about one of the parts not being up to standard they immediately sent me a replacement part, no charge and the shipping was also free, no questions asked. I will definitely be dealing with them again for car parts thanks to their authenticity to the superb customer service.
I paid $27 for next day shipping and they told me it wouldn't be here for 4 days after I've paid for it already, had to get a refund which they said is 5-7 business days when it hasn't even processed by my bank yet. Do NOT trust them if you need your part asap like I do!

I ordered a fender from them at 10:55 AM. They showed 5 in stock. They advertise same day shipping if ordered before 12pm. I ordered from them because I really needed this part quick. They waited over 24hrs to tell me this:

As you can see, they left the replenishment date empty. So no idea how long it'll be. So I ordered another one. At 6:00pm, without confirming I wanted it cancelled they messaged me saying it was shipped!
They won't even acknowledge their mistake, saying the mistake was on my end.
Their communication is terrible. Obviously the mistake was on their end and mistakes happen. But blaming me makes it so much more frustrating.
I definitely will not be dealing with them again.

A business that will find you being lied to and scammed, Tracking my part, my delivery date has been changed 3 times. I'm glad I ordered through E bay, at least I will get my money back. And Ebay is even slow at giving you back your money. AMAZON from now on. If your wise you will too.
They sent the wrong part. Insisted that it was the right part. IT DOES NOT FIT. NOW I'm out $80 with a POS part that's trash and they refuse to exchange or refund. Never buy from these people.
I bought a engine from AM auto.for my 99 F150 Truck. When my mechanic received the engine and tried to install it. The engine would only turn a 1/4 of a round. Before it locked up. In further investigation there was a screw driver bit found on top of the #6 piston. Because of the carbon on it you could tell the engine had been run with it inside.Rendering the engine a total Junk. I shipped the engine back which i paid for. And i never received my refund of $1,399.00 back. Ever time i call them they hang up on me. Never buy again there crooks..

I bought powered mirrors for my truck from AM auto parts on eBay. It asked me to imput in my vehicle to see if they would fit it. I Did. They said it would work. So I ordered them I use these mirrors for 2 years Of a ten year warranty before they stopped working. I contacted them. They said no to replacing them. No customer service phone number. Only email. They respond only 1 time a day. No manager will get involved. DONT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU DO YOU DESERVE THE PROBLEMS!

I purchased a transmission for $1300 for a 2005 BMW. Paul was assigned to me. He answered my calls before l paid. He was very friendly until after he got my money then he ceased all communication. I had questions about the transmission when it arrived to the repair shop. The shop stated the pan was damaged. I wanted advice from Paul about my Tranny arriving damaged. He would not return my calls. Paul placed me on hold and never returned to the call. They just want your money! They don't care if your satisfied and will not help you once they get ur cash. Paul should be fired. Never again! I made a mistake spending that kind of money with this company. I should have read the reviews. I pray the transmission will last because the warranty may be a sham! I followed all procedures to activate warranty, however, if something goes wrong l will have to fight like hell to get service! Don't gamble your money on this company. I was very afraid that Paul was scamming me on the tranny. I could not sleep at night thinking l was going to have to sue this company! Bad experience! Live and learn.

I ordered a transmission from this company and they have refused to make things right because of deflective transmission that they sent. They are making every excuse in the book and is using the contract to request information that cannot be produced or is not what they want to see on the return policy. I spent nearly $1200 dollars with addition to a extra charge for delivery. I had to pick up the part myself because of details being left out on the purchase and not clarified. I still haven't received a refund for this extra charge that I paid for delivery. They received video explaining the issue and outlying what was wrong from the actual shop that is installing the transmission and still giving me a hard time. Demanding that the shop print and outline everything they did first on installing it. The representative is very rude and uncompromising. This company need to be investigated on how many people money they have taken thus far. Everything that I have tried to upload or download have been rejected due to size restrictions which is the normal size when sending documents. Everything with this purchase has been a lot of money and time.

These dirt bags list products on Amazon then only fulfill half the order then change the listing and say that the consumer made the mistake. Lucky for me I took a screen shot of the ad. After 3 weeks of messaging and listening to these dirtbags make every excuse not to fulfill my order as advertised I had to involve Amazon. Amazon saw what they were doing and had to threaten to ban them from selling on their platform and I filed a complaint with the BBB. My order was finally fulfilled by these dirtbag scammers. Pay more with a different company you'l be happy you didn't give these dirtbags your money.

Contacted them for a motor for my 99 Suburban. When it was recieved it was an earlier motor that was not compaible and even illegal to install for emissions requirements. Contacted customer service and was told not their problem. When I tried to explain details customer service agent refused to listen and told me if I wanted to return it was my problem and at my expense. Very rude and short. Obviously had inferiority issues. Will never use them again and will tell everyone I see not to trust them.

AM Auto Parts is cyber customer service only if theres an issue of any kind big or small with your order Amazon will not help they'll fwd you the ONLY options for customer service at Am Auto parts being chat and email links... no customer service # in the end it will be another 6 - 8 days to correct. If a time sensitive repair or service I highly suggest looking else where...
In the end from order date to correction / parts delivered total will be nearly 2 weeks

Ordered parts on Tuesday due in next Wednesday. They came in on Thursday about 51 hours after the order was placed. Box was beat up a bit but 2 day service for free was fine. I ordered a suspension combo - 2 ball joints, 2 control arms, 2 front sway bars and 2 back sway bars.
Seems to me the vast majority of the complaints are about shipping, 2 day service in particular. Today its April 2019 so maybe they have the shipping issues fixed by now. My parts are quality parts and my 5-7 day order made it to Columbus Ga in 2 days. Saved lots of money, $36 less than next price. $114 vs $150. Which was still considerably lower than most.
I will try them again, like right now. Need more parts... ugh!
This 55 yr old female does most of the work on my own car, can't align it without a machine but I put those parts on. Oh, and there's a pic of the answer to most of life's problems... a bigger hammer!

I ordered new front and rear shocks for my car, several months ago. The rear shocks were correct but the front were not the size.
I have sent several emails and have not received any response. I searched for a phone number but can't find any... no phone numbers are listed on their website.

Purchased a mirror assembly on Ebay from am-autoparts and received it with a missing part. Seller refused to supply the missing part AND blocked me from purchasing OR reviewing him via EBay.
Seller sent the wrong parts, they don't have a phone number to contact anyone. I had to contact Amazon to contact them which further delays the communication link. I requested a refund and still waiting on my refund. The seller agreed to refund the base cost minus the taxes that they charged to my credit card. I also had to pay $13.87 to UPS the parts back that they sent in error. VERY POOR SELLER - DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Ordered window regulator and motor for my 2001 Pontiac grand prix gt. Got it a day early, fits and works perfect. Will be ordering two more for my other doors. Cheap, fast, able to track my part all the way. Also got a better warrenty then the other places I checked. All of which was most appreciated. Thanks to the guys and gals at am auto. I'LL BE BACK!
Do Not Ever Buy From AUM Auto because they are crooks. I ordered a custom wheel for $900 and they charged my credit card. They replied a couple days later they would not be able to fill the order because the actual price was $1167. I got a confirmation I cancelled the order and would receive a refund within 72 hours. They never refunded. After multiple assurances they would refund but never refunding; I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I provided documentation from the emails. After 3 months my credit card company charged me back. They said I I agreed to their term and conditions. They never shipped a product. What terms could I agree to that would allow them not to ship but keep my payment. These are crooks and should be in prison.

They are the most dishonest company I have ever encountered. They have a license to steal your money. I called them asking for my refund and they hang up. Run from this company of crooks.

Bought struts and shocks for my 2010 4x4. I had the parts on for 2 weeks. I was installing a back up camera and noticed one of the new shocks leaking. I e mailed the company several times about the problem. There reply was I ordered parts for a 2wd truck. Iam a certified tech. I think I know the difference between 2wd and 4wd. They wont do anything to make it right. Horrible business practices with this place. Would not recommend this company at all
I rebuilt the front suspension on my 2009 Impala LTZ with parts from AM Auto parts on-line. I got a mixed bag of good and bad, first the strut assembly's GREAT. I received Monroe quick-struts at half the cost, like two for the cost of one. The lower control arms and sway bar bushings not a brand name but good quality and a very low price. The brake parts OK, low cost drilled an slotted rotors that are zinc coated and ceramic pads. The brakes did squeak for 20 miles until they broke-in. The BAD... hub assembly's they squeaked from the start (took them off, put them in the trash) and the tie-rod ends were to short however my bad did not order sport suspension tie-rod ends. I had to go get parts from the local parts store $$$ because wife needed the car next day. The tech at the alignment shop told me it all looked good and should last a long time. Total cost start to finish with alignment $900. The photos are what I got from AM before starting the repairs and making two trips to the local parts store.
