Love online shopping! Alohaz.com does not disappoint. Ordered some Hawaiian shirts & few sandals... Three days later I got them. Super easy, super fast & all while eating a tub of ice cream at my desk LOL. Thanks Alohaz!

Another great pair, another smooth order. Love shopping on Alohaz. I'm the go-to for my friends and family's addiction with Jandals. Dude. You would not believe how many pairs I've got already.

There's the favs Classic they got in all colors. And then they added the Jon sandal. At first, I was like. These look just like the Classic. What's the dif? Got them anyways... Man. They're wider. They're more rugged and they are cushioned. Totally worth paying a little more for them.

My mom likes the Jane cuz they're more feminine and we're just a crazy family who loves Pali Hawaii.

We've been getting them from Alohaz like forevers. So we just keep getting the Pali from them. Especially after my coworker got a pair from Amazon & man, it was a copycat. A copycat! It was $#*!ty, the quality was unreal failure. What a waste of money. Poor guy.

Told him about Alohaz and another happy customer. Alohaz should seriously sign me as an ambassador or something. LOL!

Strongly advise going through a different reseller for Pali jandals. Despite each pair we ordered being the same shoe size, the six pairs we received varied in size, fit, and quality. The company was incredibly difficult to work with and offered poor response times, if any response at all. They do not stand behind their products and do not attempt to make it right for the customer, even on larger orders like ours. I've ordered from Pali directly, Amazon, etc. and had great experiences for years. Alohaz is not a reputable reseller.

UPDATE: For customers reading reviews trying to decide whether to order with Alohaz, they have stalked me online and used personal information about my life in order to gaslight me and the public who reference these reviews. They've done this to such a degree, Sitejabber would not allow them to post their response. My review is truthful. I did not ask for anything free from this company, I asked only to return a defective order (like many others have in reviews posted for Alohaz on this site). Why any company would stalk a customer to gain insight into their personal lives in order to use that information to respond to an honest review is deeply concerning. I'm thankful customers are offered insight into Alohaz bizarre, unprofessional behavior if it helps steer them elsewhere.

I'm so delighted I finally found the OG Jandals & it's at Alohaz. After being conned, buying all these knock offs on Amazon, I've finally found them. Absolutely love Pali Hawaii. They make super comfy sandals that I just wear everywhere! I even took them on my travels.

No trouble ordering here. I've learned from past mistakes to always make sure my address is correct and that i check my Spam folder -- just in case there's something lost in there that pertains to my order.

I ordered very early on a Tuesday, rec'd confirmation of order, rec'd tracking and shipping info on Wednesday and had my order Friday afternoon. Order was correct and no issues at all. Kinda relieved after seeing some of the other reviews.

Great. Awesome! Ordered my sandals on Tuesday & got them on Friday while living in Texas. Came fresh & nicely packaged. Prices are pretty good. Would definitely recommend ordering from them!

I wanted my wedding special & unique. I got some great ideas from my mom, who shops at Alohaz for Pali Hawaii sandals. She totally love the Jesus like sandals. Anyways, she told me about all the pretty floral dresses she saw on Alohaz. I think the hardest part of choosing which Hawaiian design to wear, they got so many for beach weddings! My bridesmaids wore super cute strapless Hawaiian dresses in this soft green & the groomsmen wore matching Hawaiian shirts. It was a sight to behold & I'm so happy Alohaz helped make my special day happen. I got so many compliments from my friends & my family! I highly recommend them!

Purchased several masks. One was beautiful Hawaiian print with red hibiscus. Washed by hand, cold water in delicate-specific detergent. The red bled onto white during wash. Contacted Alohaz, sent a photo and went back and forth via several emails. All I asked them to do was send me a replacement.
Bottom line... they refused. Gave me the excuse that it was not in the 30 day period for refunds/returns.
This was not merely a simple request for a refund/return, but concerns a defective/substandard item. Such request would be honored by most reputable retailers under normal business practices.
Company apparently does not stand behind their products and cares less about customer satisfaction.

I ordered a reverse print shirt on Sept 3,2020. I got my confirmation. That's the last info I've received from
Them. I've tried e-mailing them with no response. I wish they had a phone number listed.

Their masks are not sewn with nose wire - not acceptable during COVID-19. Not returnable and refundable either.

After waiting a week to receive shipment confirmation and it did not arrive, I tried calling Alonaz. No one ever picks up the phone. Worst yet, the phone number on the shipping confirmation was an 808 area code instead of 818.
Finally after multiple faxes and emails, they cancelled my order due to " unforeseen circumstances"
The circumstances are obviously that they are inept and incapable of any form of customer service.
Don't ever buy from this store, I'll stick with Reyn Spooner, much more professional

Aloha! Needed a bunch of tropical clothing for a family reunion in Hawaii. Wow. Our photos look awesome with their clothes. I'm really happy I came across them. They were recommended by my family and if my family digs them, I will too!

I ordered sandals for my daughter one time before, she wanted a second pair i ordered another, the package was undeliverable for some reason i attempted to call for a refund because i tracked it back to the company no customer service number not good so we found a store in our neighborhood i will never order from this place again

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire 72 years. They don't return your calls, e-mails or voicemails and have no interest in customers concerns or satisfaction. If I ever get through this nightmare of events trying to get a hold of them and reconciling a problem we had I swear I will not stop spreading the bad news to who will ever listen. I would not suggest anyone get involved with them in any way shape or form. I purchase a lot of merchandise on line an these guys are the worst I have ever dealt with. Be Warned.

Worst company with great products! I have now ordered sandals from Alohaz TWICE without getting my order but they were quick to take my money! No customer service, no telephone number, no tracking number - nothing! Only after I threatened to report them to BBB did I get my money back. Just why do you run a business like this?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered a pair of sandals and after a WEEK of waiting for them to arrive, they finally tell me that the sandals are out of stock and still have NOT returned my money. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Aweful service. They charged my card but I have not received my package. I question if this site is legitimate. No customer service that can be reached. Do not purchase.

They have a great interceptor set up. You can only contact them by leaving a voice mail. Hmm, BRILLIANT! I called 10 minutes after placing my order for an Army Luau (my babysitter cancelled). To this day 2 weeks later no call and I have my $85.00 shipment in hand. Fabulous, now what to do with it. Anyone need matching his and hers Luau apparel? Lesson learned from me: Save your time and money!

They charged me for items they did not ship, no notification that the items would be on back order, can only email site, they do not have a customer service line. When I emailed them that I had ordered the items for a special occasion and needed them by a certain date, there answer was to cancel the order and I would have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund and pretty much to go screw myself. They have no idea how to deal with customer or even what customer service is. Stay away from this site!
