Somehow, Allurez had the *exact* engagement ring I've always pictured in my head, aquamarine side stones and all! They had an impressive number of diamonds to choose from, natural or lab-grown. Shipping was prompt after the ring was made (altogether a roughly 3-4 week wait from purchase to receipt). I also gotta say, having a little LED in the box to shine on the ring was an inspired idea. Now I just have to wait for the next vacation with my girlfriend to pop the question! Thank you!
I placed for me an expensive order. I kept checking for status and it just kept saying it was processing. Shipping date came and passed and i contacted them over and over again and all they would tell me was it was in processing. Over 2 weeks after they took my payment. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They have on their website like this is inventory and you can buy it, but then they say they have to make it. They need to set realistic expectations to buyers.

They had the exact ring I imagined, with the side stones I desired. The price was pretty reasonable, all things considered.
It was exactly what I was looking for.
I was a bit overwhelmed when it came to purchasing a ring but the process was fairly simple with this company. It was pretty easy when it came to choosing the metal, band, and diamond. The turn over rate was pretty quick as well. The only issue I had was that the diamond/head was slightly uneven. A quick fix I managed on my own.

.The ring set was delivered in a short period of time in very nice ring boxes and she absolutely adores it. Constantly showing it off to people. Stunning!
The ring is beautiful and was returned to me like new after two diamonds fell out. She's very glad to have it back
I really liked the infinity ring when I saw it in ads, she really likes things from New York, and I really wanted her to say yes when I asked her to marry me.

1 month and a few days into the second month and the stones are falling out. I was told to send it to them and they would charge me $150 to fix. Beautiful ring but I am concerned about the quality. I did not get the insurance because I thought the quality was better. My order was also a month late. The ring was almost 6 grand

The setting for the stones are very sharp, almost uncomfortable on the band. These should of been polished. Although the ring is beautiful, The diamonds in the band are so small that they are almost unseen. I think that the side that the band fits should just been a smooth edge so that a different band can be purchased if desired and still looked great as one unit. Other than that the center stone is absolutely beautiful.
They we not really informed on the creation of the ring. The ring was close to a month late from the original due date I did not actually have the ring when I got married .

Although it was embarrassing that my finances ring had a gem fall out within months of purchase and weeks after I gave it to her she started wearing the ring on Feb18th. Your team did a great job getting the ring repaired and back to us. Thank you very much for standing behind your product and fixing this situation!

The time to receive the order was LONG. Maybe due to valentines day but my necklace was ordered on the 2/4/24 as a gift...I also thought I included the love necklace as the free gift being offered. Long story I decided to inquire and they said they had not filled my order ( thought 4-7 days but the days turned into the end of Feb)...Customer service was super helpful but I bought this necklace based on the website data and I will say it was somewhat hard to navigate...May or may not purchase here again. I spent more than $400. I thought the love necklace was a bonus to my tennis necklace...I play tennis...

I was able to customize the pendant and select 18k yellow gold and emeralds. Very pretty.
Ordered the emerald cross, very very small, expected at least an average cross, bottom of cross not proportioned correctly, the bottom of the cross should have been a little longer to look like a cross

I had to follow up multiple times to find out what was happening with my order and when it was shipped. I never actually received a shipping confirmation but had to reach out to find out when it would be arriving on multiple occasions. The resizing and shine they did looks and fits great so I appreciate that but the communication and customer service could be improved.
Product not as nice as represented. Card charged before shipping.
Asked for delivery to UPS store. That was not done.

I ordered this ring to celebrate the birth of my 5th baby in October. It is stunning and goes well some of my other rings I like to stack. The delivery service created some headaches but Allurez was quick to step in and assist.
They immediately addressed my concerns.

I wanted a new birthstone ring to celebrate my new baby.
Ring exactly as expected. Came very speedily. Expected to pay import fees as detailed on website, but did not expect to have to pay courier fee as paid for shipping at checkout. This put a downer on an otherwise great experience.

Great customer service, small issue in shipping but once i spoke with customer service everything got fixed immediately.
Product took ages to receive. Then billed import taxes, which are hidden in small print.
I got exactly what I wanted at a much better price from a competitor. The item came as described. Customer service was excellent. They were honest about delivery. I called them to check on delivery, and they were able to give me exact shipping date. Gave shipping updates.

Tip for consumers:
Shamyra was the rep I dealt with online. They items shipped later than promised, they never had accurate updates leading me to believe this is all done outside the country potentially. My return almost a month later still has not been processed even though my return has been received weeks ago. Truly disappointed.

I bought a ring and two bands, one was bent upon arrival. Ring did not arrive as it had been pictured. Customer service was slow to respond. Given my disappointment they still kept my deposit. I did not change my mind about my purchase I will buy locally - I would not recommend buying from this online retailer, get price matched at your local jeweler and know what you are getting. To return you must pay shipping and insurance via UPS which is $200+, this has no moral compass and for the money spent no personal touch or investment. BEWARE!
First, the earrings were stunning and got rave reviews by my wife and friends. But second, and perhaps as important, i was totally impressed by the customer service and follow up. I had some timing issues that they totally were on top of. No hesitancy in recommending and using again in the future.
