If an Allstate policy holder hits you and is at fault, just pay your insurance deductible, and have them deal with Allstate. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. None of their representatives know what is going on and are not familiar with their own business procedures and policies. They make you pay for your own rental out of pocket and then take more than an entire month to send you your own money back.

Agent Abraham sent a cancellation check to me with a letter stating it was for cancellation. 2 months later I see the amount as a collection on my credit report when I was in the middle of purchasing a home. Their incompetence is costing me my future home purchase. Never communicated with me at all about the cancellation check being a accident. Then when I spoke with Abraham he was rude and tried to convince me that he was helping me by taking the payment from a check they sent by accident :/

Save your money and do NOT purchase the extended warranty protection plans when purchasing any electronics, especially TVs, from Costco. Costco is great, Allstate is NOT!

The Allstate agents will go out of their way to get out of honoring a warranty. Many of the agents are also very rude and impatient. This is extremely disappointing. They will continually ask for videos, photos, and/or diagnostic checks of the faulty equipment. No picture and/or video will be good enough. Even after you comply multiple times, they will continue to ask for more. This seems to be tactic to wear you down. It works! You get to the point where you find it will just be easier to replace what's broken. Hats off to their training in that area!

When you purchase the so called "protection plan," be fully aware that you are literally giving them free money and you will get nothing in return. I had been warned multiple times by friends and family alike not to purchase one of these plans. Sadly, I did not take their advice. Please do yourself a favor and save your money. I truly wish that I had. It would have also saved me the frustration as well.

So disappointed that I was duped into purchasing a so called “protection plan.”

They got their free money from me for sure! Way to go ALLSTATE! You win!

I love my agent, she works hard to get things done. It is that claims office that is in need of an overhaul. I had pipes bust under the house. NOOOO, they wouldn't pay for the plumber and repairs. I had a ceiling come in on me when I first bought the house. No, they would not pay for that and the claims adjuster was rude and condescending ( which get me since I know that I have more education that the majority of those people). Now, a storm did some damage to the roof. I had to file a claim. We shall see, but I bet they will find some issue not to pay. This company acts like it's their money. I am so sick of insurance companies that don't live up to their mission statements. I

Somy door damage and was leaking water and carpet got black mold Allstate woulddot replace it im going to have to fight them over this they wanted to put the carpet with black mold back in after cleaned but I threw it away and was not told to keep it and they also said it wasn't covered then why they wanting to put the old carpet cleaned back in if that's the case

Can't get anybody to talk to and they raise your rates without telling you even if you have a great driving record.Stay away from this crooked company.

I was recently rear-ended by someone, and despite not being at fault, it has been horrible dealing with Allstate claims. They are still asking me to pay 50% of the medical bill. I will not recommend Allstate to anyone; it's a third-class company.

Warning! Do not do business with Allstate they are a rip off. They insure drivers that should not be on the road and when one of them hits you they try and get away with paying you hardly nothing! They should be put out of business. My advice if you have a claim against this company get a Attorney!

I called to inquire and ask questions because I had a leak in my home that destroyed some of my furniture I never put the claim in, and i never got a claim number because after talking to them I figured it wouldn't be worth it. Yesterdsy I switched to another insurance company because they went up 30 dollars because I moved around the corner they said the area I live in has a lot of accidents anyways while getting a new quote I found out that they put in a claim on their own for the furniture now my history shows that I have a claim on renters insurance even though it says zero was paid out it's still is an issue to have that on my history

Don't call to inquire or ask questions unless you're ready to put in a claim

HAHAHA they're bad drivers, this guy with a car clearly marked "allstate insurance" changed lanes many times without a single turn signal! Got on front of other drivers not being careful od the distance and they offer insurance? Funny!

Don't waste your money. They only care about collecting premiums but will deny every claim whether legitimate or not. They make up some lie about why it was denied, even though they have zero evidence to back up their claim. COMPLETE SCAM

They really need to update reviews to allow for 0 stars. Anyway, I was hit by a driver insured by Allstate and Amanda Standige won't do her job. She is the adjuster or claims representative—whatever they are called—on my bodily injury claim, and she just denied it. Now, I have a crash report with a witness listed who saw the accident happen and can confirm it was not my fault. It took Amanda Standige almost a week to even get in touch with her insured driver. Meanwhile, my insurance representative had obtained my statement and Amanda Standige's insured driver's statement before the week was up. My insurance denied liability on my behalf based on the statements and crash report. I finally got a hold of Amanda on Friday, 6 days after the crash, and she very rudely told me they were denying my claim due to a failure to yield on my part. How do I yield at a green light? Either way, I don't believe Amanda did her due diligence; she didn't contact the witness or bother to read the crash report where the reporting officer states that he believes that failure to yield while turning left was possibly the reason for the crash. If you are in an accident with someone who has Allstate, get yourself a lawyer as soon as possible.

Do not go with this company. One agent will lie to you and screw your bank account out of hundreds of dollars while the other agent tells you they only know I called but can't see the agent I spoke too and they will do nothing to fix it and u can't stop payment with the bank because rather u have money in ur account or not it will still pull for allstate and then go through immediately so u have zero chances of getting money back and owing your bank too. Been with them for two years it's been nothing but problems and they cover nothing. If they do cover anything ur deductible is like 10 to 20 gs you have to spend before insurance even kicks in. They will fail to explain all this to you and treat u like your stupid when you call needing help from ur insurance and they won't unless u pay a insane deductible first. Scam scam scam all the way through. F*** all state the moment I officially own my house I will never have house insurance again.

Worst website ever. Even worse when you try calling their contact number. When you call, you are NEVER given the option of transferring to an agent, nor do you hear ANYTHING about any kind of insurance. Instead I was subjected to a barrage of automated commercials trying to sell me crap that has NOTHING to do with insurance. Yet another fine example of corporate greed, because you know Allstate is financially compensated for providing this annoyance to their clients.

Stay away! Don't make the same mistake I did. He started off as a seemingly nice guy who gave me a good rate when I switched to Allstate for Milewise. It seemed to be the best plan for me since I work many hours from home, and I barely even have time to drive my car. In addition, I have a great driving record (no issues at all) and live in a safe area.

That good rate lasted a year. Then my rate increased by 32% (with no explanation), and then another 36% six months later. When I called to discuss the increase and mentioned that his wife (who works there) was unable to give me a good explanation for the previous 32% increase, he flew off the handle, told me that I could say anything about him, but not to touch his wife! He then told me to take my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me. I was going to take my business elsewhere, anyway, because I'm tired of being ripped off. But I thank God that I saw his true colors before I had to file any kind of claim with him because I can only imagine what a nightmare that would've been!

I guess I'm supposed to just sit here quietly, with a big smile on my face, and let him drastically increase my rate every six months. Never. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional instead of calmly answering my questions. He loves to say, "We don't set the rates." And he actually had the nerve to tell me that I have the best rate! But the clincher was the explosive anger after I mentioned that his employee (who happened to be his wife) was not helpful. I couldn't believe he was the same guy I dealt with when he sold me the policy. Horrible.

So I filed a complaint with the SC Department of Insurance because I had already spoken to them previously, and they told me that those increases were quite steep. Then I switched immediately. I was able to get much better coverage for both my home and car...for better rates...a zero deductible for my car (full coverage)...and with another company that consistently rates above Allstate in all the rankings, and which unlike them, has excellent customer service. So I'm very thankful that this horrible experience (the worst I've ever had with an insurance agent) spurred me to immediately switch to something better, and I'm so happy that I did!

I received a email with a price quote from all state insurance for $529.14. I called the phone number and spoke with an agent. Come to find out my insurance estimate went from $529.14 to $1,628. This is misleading advertisement and they need to investigated.

Stay away from fullcircleinsurance and allstatehomeinsurance website. They provide you with false estimates.

I understand that this company is doing their job I did not know that you have to call to do a cancelation on your insurance since I had paid my months in advance I didn't think I had to the lady that I talked to she said that I had money coming back to me and I told her I did not want to just leave it alone and that was that but then I get this letter stating that I owe him $88 8 sense because they're taking it as mean not giving them a right cancelation Call I don't think the way the world is right now with high prices they should have done this especially me been a customer that always paid on time and the reason that I left them is because I was paying $77 from there they jump to $98 I asked them why and I did not like the response so the response so therefore I just went with farmers It's like them they want for you to call to cancel OK I understand but they could have called me and tell me that they were going up on my policy instead of instead of just sending me an amount that was so ridiculous high for just or just liability on an old car and I never once had an accident I don't even drive 10 miles I am sick I am going to the hospital for surgeries I'll be trying to save my money for this surgery and for them to do this was uncalled for

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received from Allstate following an auto accident involving one of their customers. The entire process has been an exercise in frustration, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
After the accident, I promptly reported the incident to Allstate, expecting a timely and efficient claims process. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but smooth. Here are the key issues I encountered:
Delayed Handling of Police Report: The Allstate representative assigned to my case initially claimed they needed 10 days to wait for the police report. On the 11th day, with no progress, I had to take the initiative, personally pay for the report, and send it to them.
Lack of Proactive Communication: Allstate failed to reach out to their own customer promptly to gather a statement, leaving me to intervene and facilitate the communication.
Unnecessary Burden on the Victim: I took charge of organizing Zoom calls, estimates, and communications with the repair shop. The burden placed on me, the victim, was excessive.
Poor Responsiveness: Attempts to contact my Allstate representative for rental car arrangements went unanswered for days. I was forced to escalate the matter to the corporate office just to get a response.
Heightened Stress and Anxiety: The overall lack of efficiency and responsiveness has caused an incredible amount of stress and anxiety. I expected a smooth claims process, but unfortunately, Allstate has made this situation far more distressing than it needed to be.
This experience has been nothing short of exhausting, and the burden placed on me as the claimant has been unfair. I had hoped for a more supportive and efficient process from a reputed insurance company like Allstate. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I am left deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received.

They don't care about whether you stay with them or not. They are just going to charge more and more every six months. Try to take all your money.
Especially how they talk to customers like they have all the power to put you down.

Please find another company as soon as possible and cancel the plan.

Allstate stated how much I was a loyal customer and appreciated my business. When it came to my claim I was not compensate for my damage. Two months with the run around. I had more damage then they gave me and they know this. Less then a thousand then subtract $500 deductible. Very upset and disappointed to the point I cancel them and would never recommend them. Your not in Good Hands with Allstate.

The absolute worst for home owners. Picture of my roof after a hail storm. This is "COSMETIC" damage to Allstate. Looks like my roof was attached by hammers. Agent Dan Brown did nothing to help me.

Allstate will not help you when you turn in a claim. Over 25 years of paying 6 property and 3 car policies, I turn in one claim and they will not do anything to help me. STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE IF YOU EVER PLAN TO USE A POLICY YOU PAID FOR
