I paid 199.00 for six months service. Turned around the next day and canceled account. Been asking for refund now for over a month. Now they just don't answer me. I'm going to bank to see if they will charge the money back to them. They SUCK! Thieves in my book.

Rip off, fraud, bad news. I discovered a $59 charge on my bank statement last week for this company that I never used and could not contact. After a little research and a little embarrassment, I discovered that they had been billing me cents December it is now July. Fortunately Bank of America has credited my account and has started an investigation. Do yourself a favor stay away from these folks!

Advertising Web Services provides you nothing. You will need to set up the Google AdWords account yourself. Their $75 credit is BS as Google offers you a $75 voucher after you pay the first $25 yourself. You will need to manage your campaign b/c Advertising Web Services won't even bother looking over your website and apply effective search tags. They tell you to "let it run for a while." Also, BEWARE, if you ever want to delete your Google AdWords account, you won't be able to b/c Advertising Web Services sets themselves up as the administrator. You'll go through hell trying to get their attention and removing your account through Google.

Do not deal with this company period. They will not reply to emails and the password they send is not correct.

Scam company that need to be reported to watchdog. They took my bank details and never emailed or phone me. I had to contact my bank to ask protection so they don't access my account.
AVOID them at all expense.

I can't begin to tell you how AWFUL this company is. There is no number to call. But when you write an email they will get back to you within 1-2 business days... with NONE of your questions answered. And if you need a refund for what you are rightly owed?... well, you have to go through a different site to do that, and wait 3-5 business days. Only to be denied your money which is rightfully yours, only to have to submit ANOTHER request for refund and wait 3-5 business days (which they did NOT get back to me in the alotted time frame). Going to my bank tomorrow and reporting them. If you want things done, you have to do it yourself sometimes. I will make a full effort to slander this company every which way I can. I contacted them on October 7 and it is now October 24 and it is still unresolved. ALL COULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF WITH ONE PHONE CALL! Done!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are fakes, they said I would be contacted within 1-2 days, two weeks later I was still waiting. I sent them over 7 emails and kept receiving the same auto - response, I later tried logging into my account to see what was happening and they said my email address hadn't been recognised. I then called the bank to find out what was happening and I found out that they were taking money out of my account regularly with a different account name. They were taking large sums of money without me knowing.

I would highly recommend NOT using this service. First of all they do not have a customer service number. At first I was very interested in using this service but had some specific questions that were not answered on their website. I sent them an email on 3 different occasions and received those 'auto-responses' not only did they not address my questions --they stated they only interacted with customers throught the internet. At that point, all of my red flags went up. I could'nt even get them to tell me where they were based out of. This is a scam---there are plenty of other decent online companies that have customer support numbers. I will not use the services of this company simply based on my initial experience.

I think this site is a scam. They charged me 64$ said they sent me email to activate account never got email and i have requested that it be resent a dozen times with no response. I see in the fine print it say's if you fail to activate and cancel within the supposed 14 day free trial period they charge you and continue to do so. The fine primt also says to cancel you need to log on to the site and go through the links which i can not do because they have not sent my pass word. I have sent them several email and have not got a reply.

Their ad popped up while I was logged into Google Adwords, as a site that would help you write and place your website's adwords ad. They claim you get a 14 day trial for $5 and that they will help you write your ad. Since I THOUGHT it was sponsored by Google (being it popped up while I was in my account info while I was logged into Google), I thought what the heck. Then they IMMEDIATELY charged my Credit card, not for $5 but TWICE for $69.99. THIS IS A FRAUD and a SCAMMER! PLEASE STAY AWAY! Now I have to dispute and cancel my credit card.

I am in the UK, saw the and joined - £65 trial but you could cancel within a certain period., so I joined up but then canx within the time limit -they told me they would charge £5 processing fee, THEY PRODUCED ZERO RESULTS -HOWEVER they then charged me the full £65 and said I had to pay for the whole month and disregarded the "trial offer". They are a NIGHTMARE to get hold of, don't answer e mails and insist you keep filling out tickets. NO phone # to call them - obvioulsy they want to make it as difficult as possible to get in contact. Absolute bunch of thieves and scamsters - KEEP AWAY

First I was given a password that didn't work. Then I was billed twice 64.25 for their services. I was told my credit card was invalid. After they billed me. They have no contact info. I have to e-mail them and all they tell me is that they did not bill my card. I am still trying to get my money back.
