Warning complete scammers. Do not give this company any money, most good reviews for them are fake. They give a good sales pitch but that is it. They do not care for their customers at all and will only take you for as much money as they can, whilst giving an appalling service.

Ask yourself why most of the websites and pages shown in their portfolios (under the numerous company names they use) do not exist. Because they ripped people off and offer such a bad service that their customer eventually have no choice but to go elsewhere or they are fake websites that never existed in the 1st place.

We have a database of over 29,000 items (including the entire Stanley Gibbons stamp catalogue) which we use Store Express to manage on web shop, Ebay and Amazon.

We recently upgraded the system to be mobile friendly and improve the MOTO functionality. The new web shop looks extremely good and has improved aesthetically by 100%

We are very pleased with the progress of this project, and think it should be of great benefit commercially. Our project director and the support team leader are a delight to deal with. This has been a very difficult job and Advansys are well able to handle the work.

We approached Advansys in October 2015 to re-design our rather outdated web site and were immediately impressed with their professionalism and in particular their experience within our sector.

Once we had identified how we wanted to promote our business at the kick off meeting we were guided through the design and build phase in a controlled way. It was very much a collaborative process with new ideas and enhancements continually discussed, built and tested with our dedicated Advansys manager. Communication was excellent throughout.

By Christmas 2015 we had a superb new web site which has been very well received. We are now using Advansys to market our site and drive more potential customers to our door.

We instructed Advansys to build an ecommerce solution to sell our range of equestrian products. Due to a change in circumstances within our business we requested to put the site build on hold whilst we rectified the situation. They were very understanding and sympathetic to our cause, not to mention professional throughout the whole project. We have no reservation in recommending them.

AKW had a multi-audience problem. Distinct customer segments each with very varying requirements for information, service and online support. The existing AKW website couldn't handle this problem in an elegant way for the website visitor.

As a business wishing to achieve growth in new markets the problem would only be compounded and a solution to this problem needed to be sought. AKW engaged Advansys and after an initial meeting it was abundantly clear Advansys understood what our requirements were and most importantly what the problem was. Additionally the project team understood the challenges on time and the need to have pace on the project.

From project kick-off to go-live the project took 3 months including testing and content creation. Given the volume of work requiring to be complete and the huge amount of content requiring transition and development this was a great achievement. With daily interactions from the project manager and weekly progress calls any issues and new tasks were captured immediately and dealt with appropriately.

AKW now has a website which allows visitors to 'personalise' their experience by self-identifying themselves and the website then delivers dynamic content based on that selection. With the additional ability to show and hide content dependent on choice the new website now allows for AKW's marketing department to create content unique to differing audience types.

How they are still in business I will never know. Ruin businesses and peoples lives. Total scum!

Excellent, impressive design and build

We chose Advansys to design and build a new desktop/tablet/mobile compatible solution to improve our online sales. We were given a few possible options each at different price points but decided to go for their latest "Razor" platform. It's taken around 4 months to complete and we've all been extremely pleased and impressed with the final result produced - it looks and performs well. It's still early days but we are confident the new solution will convert far more than our existing one and we know from Google we were losing out with traffic from smart devices.

The design and development process was straightforward and we appointed one of our staff internally to be the point of contact which worked well. We were given lots of hand-holding as we had data spreadsheets to complete which required our time and input but the account manager at Advansys was always helpful and gave us any assistance we required.

Overall we found the team very competent and friendly so we would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Great job.

This web design company started off well but loss the 3 main staff I was working with. Hence my site never got finished and they did not give me my money back. They are full of empty promises. Avoid this company if you want an eccomerce site!

Advansys have produced a great website for Superfast Labels and provides a great visual presence of our business and key services, we can further build and edit pages ourselves in the user CMS panel when we add further services or products.
From start to finish the communication and management of the build was outstanding with any questions answered quickly via the account manager and any problems quickly resolved.
Our logo is not the easiest to work with but the design team have produced a great blend between logo and site appearance, the end result is more than we initially was expecting with the high quality images supplied from us.
Unlike most people we didn't have a specific time frame for our project, this enabled us to get this project right first time without many amendments and leaving us time to collate good high end images to use that enables the site to show clients a visual insight to our business. Advansys built the site quickly at the stages of which we supplied the content and images.
Final results... fantastic. Everyone has liked the new site since the launch and further pages and product images will be added in due course.

Advansys redesigned an existing website for us.

We launched a new haircare brand and the site we had in place did not match the look and feel of the products on shelf. We had briefed another company to create something beautiful but clinical and scientific to highlight our innovative haircare range. The result was far from clinical and very grey in appearance. Information was hard to find and overwhelming when the user did find it. The functionality of the site was not ideal. Advansys reviewed the site for us and gave us great feedback about poor SEO optimisation and warned us of security issues in the current site.

The first thing Advansys did for us was secure the site which meant we had time to focus and project deadlines we were all happy with. We worked closely with the team to provide a clear brief and highlight our expectations of Science Meets Beauty.

By having close contact and face to face meetings we overcame hurdles and achieved what we were looking for - we know we ask a lot at times! - and in time. In fact we brought forward the launch a couple of days and Advansys were very accommodating and met the new deadline.

We now have synergy between the website and the products on shelf. The site is clean looking and easy to navigate. Key messages jump out to the user and the overall look is perfect.

We tasked Advansys to develop 2 solutions for us. One was a brochure site for our distribution business, the other an ecommerce platform upon which we could trade with our clients who wish to purchased end of life and refurbished hardware that we have in stock.

Advansys pre sales team were very helpful in understanding our requirements and quickly scoped our our requirements. After consultation with their technical team we felt in very good hands and immediately formed a very trusting relationship.

We were involved in every step of the design and build stages and received delivery of both solutions well within the time frame specified. A Good Job Well Done, I tasked Advansys with redesigning my Babys-Mart website. I was looking for a company that could allow my business to grow, develop and provide a user-friendly CMS.

I researched numerous providers and different platforms to get a shortlist. Following my meeting with Advansys to discuss my requirements I felt confident that the developers and designers could meet my expectations.

Due to the re-sale guidelines some of the brands I deal with require I needed an agency that had the developer talent to do bespoke work for me. So an off the shelf e-commerce solution would never be suitable.

After discussing both the Advansys platform and the Store Express solution it was agreed that I would choose Store Express and add some enhancements. These included an enhanced discounts module, a countdown timer, colour swatches, affiliate marketing and Amazon integration.

After the project was signed off I was assigned an account manager who was excellent. Whenever I had any questions, she was able to promptly respond with good solutions and offer valuable input into the project.

The project was huge with many items being built from scratch to my specifications, plus I took the opportunity to freshen up all my website content, plus assign separate content for affiliates, but once everything was complete I was very happy with the overall design and usability of the back end CMS.

The most important thing for me was the performance, the e-commerce conversion rate of my new website has improved by over 180% from my previous website. This has given me an increased my turnover by 40% and reduced my adspend with Google and affiliates.

Overall I am very happy with the project. So much so I have commissioned Advansys to rebuild one of my other websites which I'm expecting the same fantastic results.

Advansys is a company I'd recommend. Good CMS and very good customer service – very personable approach too. I've had two ebay store designs and an e-commerce development project with them and couldn't be happier.

Any problems were solved and I felt that they were addressed on time and with maximum care and attention. I couldn't have asked for a better account manager, she was very patient with me and always made complex issues easy by her logic ways of thinking. Advansys would not have had my business if it wasn't for a great customer service executive as the cost of the project could have been cheaper elsewhere but my experience with him during the eBay store design 2 years ago meant that I was confident of a great site when the time came.
