I recently wanted to order some shoes from this site. Their sizing chart is super confusing so I contacted customer service to see if they could help me convert my US size to EU. The first contact thought I wanted a dress. The second never answered and the last just kept telling me to check the chart even after saying repeatedly that I did and that was the problem. I decided to just have them send the size I ordered. They told me if it was the wrong size since it was custom made, even though it's not, they can't take it back. I cancelled my order. I refuse to do business with such idiots.

I received my dress and I am so pleased with the results it was custom made and they even confirmed measurements. I am so happy

All of the 5 Star Reviews seem like they are fake employee reviews, which they spam on all review websites to bring up their positive ratings to make it seem like they were trust worthy but are more so a scam.

Save your self your money and hassle and shop around in store or find a legitimate brand.

How long did it take for you're dress to be shipped after you ordered it and how long after that also? It's been about 10 days now and my dress hasn't been shipped.

I ordered STYLE NO. WWD******* for $173 plus shipping and I was AMAZED when I received the dress. It looks exactly like the photos and they even added some customizations per my request (satin buttons, champagne color instead of ivory/white, etc)... I had a knock-off nightmare from eBay and was reluctant to order online again... but im so glad I did. I would order form this seller again. :)

If there is a zero star i would give them one. The dress i ordered is a very bad quality. It doesn't even look like the picture. It is cheaply made. I emaild them but they won't answer my emails. I paid a lot for shipments and i still had to pay $29 at the door duty. So it cost me a lot for a piece of $#*! dress.

Customer service and abiding by its own return policy is a severe issue with this company. I purchased a champagne sequin dress and received a rose gold dress. Since they sent the wrong color, I contacted them for a refund. Instead of honoring the request to return it, the customer service rep tried to convince me to keep and that I would look and be amazing in it. A nice sentiment, but it still doesnt give me my money back or a champagne dress. The company then changed the item during our two-week debate to claim they only had rose-gold. Note: when I ordered the dress, they had a ton of colors available. When I checked back, they only had three colors available. I had a screen shot of the confirmation order with the color (and title Champagne) listed but they would only concede to a $5 USD refund. The crazy thing is that I only found one negative review on WeddingWire.com and had to really dig on other sites, so I guess they had some luck in the past. While it's funny, its super annoying to be told that youll look great in a dress that you obviously dont want and didn't purchase.

This company is a scam. The dresses DO NOT looks like pictures. They are cheaply made and hideous. The will not refund your money. They are crooks!

Don't buy from this website, I ordered the above dress but what arrived was not to my daughters satisfaction. The stitching is poor and seams are out of line. When I emailed the company to say that the dress was not suitable I was told that I should have contacted them within 3 days even though they were on holiday for 7 days. I was asked to sent photographic proof which I did only to be told to find a local seamstress to fix the bad tailoring. I was treated with sarcastic emails during my complaint. Very poor service and very poor quality. The only positive thing I can say is the prompt delivery

The discount dress on Adasbridal.com intrigued me. I needed something casual and I found that they have many propositions. I loved one red short dress, this style fit me very well and I have seen that they have also the option to order it in different color. Finally I ordered two dresses from the same model in red and in purple. It helps me to pay less money for shipping. There was a little delay in delivery, because I choose the cheapest option but finally I was satisfied at all.

Ive bought a dress in champagne colour for my wedding. Im quite satisfied with it: the red belt adds some special thrill to the dress and suits perfectly outlining my waist and breasts to its advantage; however, the rhinestones on my dress are a bit different from what I have seen on a sample dress. The materials seem to be of high quality, but I am not a pro to judge it. Regarding promptness of delivery, I am more than just pleased with it. It took them 3 weeks to sew and deliver the dress. The dress fits lovely, I though the fabric was going to be more of a soft type, but instead it's made of a kind of hard fabric. It's good to look. The dress inside covered soft satin. So soft to wear still. I'm happy with how the dress looks and what's it made. But it came late for my party! The delivery took so many time, more than a month. Slow shipping and slow shipment.

I never thought to buy a wedding dress on line, but the prices in Adasbridal are really attractive. After days of consideration I ordered my dress there and it came very fast (about a month)! It's a short dress and was above knee to mid-thigh length. Very comfortably cool to wear in the summer. Size fits perfectly and fabrics are great. I am so happy with my dress and good communication with the seller. So I would like to recommend it here.

I've took my own measurements according to the chart they provided before I ordered and the dress fits perfect with the exception of the bust but the hip area is still a little bit loose. The shipment and making took about a month. Not fast but acceptable. Fair material for the price. It's overall good dress which worth the money. Seller was a delight to work with.

It's everything I ever dreamed of, the lace is gorgeous and the details are impeccable. However, the sizing was a little off.
