I purchased this with the promise that I could receive my money back if I was not satisfied and if I had questions I could email or message them. No one ever responded to anything. I have certain diet restrictions and I was hoping for some clarifications on a few parts of the plan and NEVER A RESPONSE. I became frustrated and requested a refund several different ways including PayPal, Brian's emails, and ClickBank and yet NOTHING! This is a scam.

Look, I know all of these miraculous diets seem impossible and too good to be true, and truthfully, most of them are. It all looks great on paper and works perfect in theory, but when it comes to the actual weight loss, its just not happening. So, obviously it took me quite some time to realize what was just some commercial BS and what really had some merit. The 3 Week Diet truly stands out from all other weight-loss programs, it is the only book you need. Just try it out and see for yourself, you will not regret it.

I am very happy after following this diet. I have tried many other diets in past but non seem to work. After reading Emily Green review about this diet at http://bottomstack.com/3-week-diet-review-results-pics/ i started following this diet plan. Good thing is that there are exercise programs that combined with this diet that are also very helpful. I also highly recommended this diet to all my friend and relatives :)

Makes it east to understand and to follow. I dont stick to it 100% but if i wanna drop a few pounds doing any one of the phases brings me right back down to my goal weight.

I am done the three weeks and I am ready to repeat the process in a modified version. I did loose pounds in the process, but more than anything i saw how my body responded to several different diet approaches. The various diet segments taught me a lot about how my body works or did not work. I will take this knowledge with me onwards. The diet was easy for me to follow.

The Three Week Diet is a great read for dieters wishing to lose up to 23 pounds in just 21 days. The book is sectioned into the three main components of the diet. Many will find the section on willpower, motivation, and mindset to be the most useful as that is where many dieters struggle the most. Dieters will especially like that this diet does not involve giving up certain food groups entirely. Having tried countless programs to lose weight I must say that after only 3 weeks I can already see the effect this program is having on me, I am losing weight and still feeling very good, noticing that now I eat less but at the same time I feel full stomach. Great programand great way to lose weight without having to struggle too much.

I started the 3 week diet 7 days ago, I've already lost 6 pounds and feeling fantastic! The book was very self explanatory and easy to read. I can't wait to see the changes continue in the next 2 weeks

I love the 3 week diet! I'm already done week 1 and feel so great! I especially love the motivation manual as I have always had problems losing weight and keeping it off due to a negative mindset. I feel like I'm finally able to take hold of my health and wellness in an easy to manage way. I understand so much more now about how our body reacts to different foods and how to treat it with respect and focus on a new me. Such a life changer!

I have completed the first 12 days and have lost 12lb already which I have never done before in this time scale. It is easy to follow and you do see speedy results day to day which keeps you motivated, especially in the 1st 8 days.

I have completed 6 days and lost 1.4 pounds I agree with the plan because I lost weight on Atkins years ago. But having gotten older and gone through hormonal changes I had hoped this would take off 10 pounds quickly so I could focus on the last 5 and toning exercises. But at one pound for 6 days there is no way to reach 10 in two more weeks. I did not follow exactly because I knew Atkins so that may be my problem. So I am going to start again and stick to it exactly as I should and see if I can come back in a week with at least 5 lb loss.

I not only fight for weight loss I am a binge eater. I'm not sure I can get through the first few days with no "substantial" food. I am planning to start this next Sat. I need to prepare. Will do a follow-up.

I can't believe I really lose 24 pounds in just 3 WEEKS! I don't even feel that I was doing a diet, their methods and systems were very easy, convenient and reliable! It's just really amazing! I love their physical stage.

I have never been a big fan of weight loss guides and the explicit lies spread across in several of them. I got linked to the 3 week diet guide by a friend who thought I needed to rethink my stance on such guides. To cut the long story short, my protruding tummy is now ripped with albs! Im not a rigorous trainer, so getting albs was kind of difficult but not anymore. I can now proudly flaunt my ripped bud how cool?!

I simply loved the book. It gives you simple, easy to read and honest suggestions to start with your weight loss journey. It is full of valuable information regarding getting back into shape. It is not a book of recipes if that is what you are looking for although it emphasizes on eating healthy. It talks about self-esteem and the attitude you need to have to be successful with weight loss. But with any life change you have to invest yourself and be true to it. The book can be used as a personal motivational tool for anyone who may just be starting their journey to lose weight and changing their mindset. It can create an awareness and if applied can avoid some missteps in their endeavor in fighting against obesity or achieving a healthy lifestyle of weight.

After reading this book i find that typical dieting is not effective at all but the 3 week diet plan is much useful way to achieve what you desire. 3 week diet includes all the detail which compulsory and effective for loosing weight. Thanks to this diet, I am finally happy with my body and my confidence has grown so much since the day I first discovered the website. Yes, I had tried all kinds of diets before than and no, none of them worked. So, you can probably imagine my skepticism when I decided to give another diet a try.

I highly recommend this book!
