Been using for 8 months or so. One morning it bugged, position was still on exchange and on wunderbit, a market close indication that last FOREVER, still not "marketclosed" had to do it manually on the exchange (Binance) with more then 2x the stop loss set on wunderbit. Was set to 1.7% on the interface and i woke up it was at a 3.5% loss, ended up at a 6% loss by waiting for wunderbit to react. I just closed it manually.
**The way i know there is no error on my part is that i literally dont trade on XRP... Only my bots does.**
I sent screenshot and proofs of the bug on wunderbit, i sent screenshots and proofs on the loss on the exchange(binance), told them the position was still open in the exchange in the FIRST message.
Reponse of the staff: Sometimes the strategy will bug on the interface (wunderbit) but not on the exchange the position will be close. Could you please check if the position is close on the exchange? If yes please send me the strategy id so we can close it manually on our side.
Strategy ID and open position was literally on the first screenshots so they didnt even take time to look at them.
If you got any scalp/swing bots and this kind of thing occurs once every week even every month, it will prevent your bot from entering new positions until you unbug it with the staff, not even talking about the loss you could take with this kind of problem.
Didnt waste much more time from there, i deleted my api's on wunderbit, will not ask for somone to close a bugged position everytime it occurs, way to risky, especially on crypto.
I think there is way better options out there so you dont take this kind of risk in automated BOTS in the financial sector but my tips would be to test the interface with a small account like i did first.. Maybie even entering manuel stop loss on the exchange so when it bugs you dont get rekt like me but good luck doing this with a scalp bot.
