DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a "new" inverter board and got a used one "not even refurbished" that quit working after 2 seconds. I have contacted them twice and still have yet to get a response. They are impossible to get ahold of as there is no address or phone # listed on their site and they apparently don't pay any attention to any emails they are sent. I have since ordered from another company and my computer works just fine.

This company is unprofessional and stole my money. I had ordered a part from them, paid for it and never heard back. I had to contact them via email, online support and telephone for several days before I finally got someone to write me back. I was told that the part was coming from their Chinese warehouse and to wait longer. 3 weeks later and she told me the part got lost in the mail and was finally sent back to thier warehouse. Meanwhile she refunded my money, but not the amount in full. She said the rest of the money was for shipping which they can't refund. Please note thier website indicated free shipping for the part. Even if shipping isn't free- the part never even got here. I had to pay for shipping on an item I never received. I would strongly urge you against using this shady company that has an American address, but clearly not doing business out of the United States
