Supposed to be a "scannable" resume but they took out action verbs and number describers which are strongly recommended in resume writing to show proven results and put in a bunch of filler words that describe absolutely nothing! Also they send the resume in a PDF so you can't edit anything. I had them send it to me in a. Doc multiple times and it always downloaded as a mess! Overlapping columns and words that I couldn't fix on my end! CS is ok- they make meek attempts and appeasing you and a man with very broken English might also call you but this alone explains why the resume writing doesn't make much sense. They also put in job experience I didn't have, like working in a hospital! Such a waste of time and money! Do yourself a favor and expend the extra ~ $30 to hire a writer who is an actual, attentive professional who is a native English speaker.

I never received copies of my manuscript once they completed the proofreading. They ignored my needs and when I complained, they pointed their fingers at me.
