Ordered wrist bands jun 26 2023 the site said would be delivered by June 28 2023. It's now Monday and still haven't received product. They say that it's out of their hands after they ship sooo how can they guarantee a delivery date at all. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF..

Do not order from this company. I paid for wristbands to be delivered on a certain day and they are still in production. I have spoken to six "customer service representatives" and I keep getting the same answer. It's in production and they will get back with me in a few hours. They will not let you speak to a manager they just stick to a script.

I ordered bracelets also ordered faster delivery, they had fed ex delivery it. It said delivery, but was never delivered. Whether it was wrist band or fed ex, I should not of gotten credited for only half my order. So the outcome was they will make half of them and get credited for half. Which the function is now over, so they are really useless for me, but I still said for them to make them, do to I had to still pay half. Someone should be held accountable. They are made from China, and that is why I will go American Made only!

Tip for consumers:
They are a hit or miss. I used them one time and it was fine and this time they will not be held accountable for not receiving what I paid for.

They make you pay extra for "Keeping jobs in the US" and claim it will be manufactured in the US, making it ship faster and be higher quality. My Item was 9 days late and by the time it had arrived, I had already moved out of the address I was in before. I asked why, and they told me it was delayed in customs while shipping from their factory in CHINA. They made me pay extra for no reason. They're lying to their customers

Ordered so much they said we earned free materials, did several proofs and NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS! Called and spoke with just about everyone on several different occasions including supervisors and two months later WE STILL HAVE NO WRIST BANDS and have yet to receive any kind of reimbursement.

This company advertises "in stock" and "same day shipping" when it doesn't even have the product. The automated message on the customer service line says "your wait time is under two minutes" and repeats this message for fifteen, twenty minutes! The chat line is no better. After one or two stock answers, the bot (person?) stops responding. The company should be shut down for false advertising, failing to honor contracts, and probably a lot of other infractions I don't know about.

I paid extra to have them here by a certain date and they are arriving 7 days late! DON'T charge people extra, if the company cant produce the product when promised.

My delivery date keeps getting backed up I would not have ordered from them had I known it was going to be this long when I called they said there was a holiday in the area but it should not have backed up this long I cannot give a good review on the product because I am still waiting for it probably would never order from them again. Need to have better delivery on TIME! This business will not succeed with this type of issue!

I placed an order for 4 pcs of coveralls worth almost 80$. What they sent me was 4 cheap flimsy disposable gowns which probably worth 5$ each. Not responding to my emails, complaints, and requests for returns and refunds. That f ticket doesn't address the issue. Stay away from this company! Dishonest people all around! They will tell you lies about shipping and stocks availabilty! Not worth the headache. They should be reported to AG office for false advertising, price gouging.

Paid extra for a specific delivery date and apparently order will arrive 5 days later than expected. I was under the impression the items were in Texas but they ship out of China so delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Wow I dislike places that say item will be shipped and it isn't. Wristband has played with and had access to my money for since April the 8th. Order was to have been here the 22nd the the following week. This may not be price gouging but taking advantage of the elder for needed products is bad.
I still haven't not received. Yes I have reached out to them even just now. The fellow was rather condescending border on hateful

I ordered 1000 bands for a funeral. I paid $90 to have them here in time and the delivery date was completely missed. I'm top of that, customer service was useless, promised phone calls etc never happened. Very poor experience.

Only order if you have all the time in the world to wait.

During the peak of the crisis, we had a dire need as an essential service for disposable gloves. Ordered 2 boxes XL, 1 L for our crew at a premium price of $89.9 days later 3 boxes of badly damaged (see picture) incorrect size M arrived. I immediately contacted customer service. They directed me to fill out a complaint ticket. After more attempts to contact them, finally 5 weeks later they contacted me.
Here are some of their comments
" we are out of stock, will give you 5% off next order"
"we do not pay return shipping as per Policy"
They also said they sent the wrong size because they did not have the correct size. No call, no email, nothing.

Ordered Hand Sanitizer on May 06 and was supposed to be delivered on 05/14, called and chatted twice with 2 different representatives, both of them gave different answers. Not Shipping on Time, date was postponed since it has not gone into production. Very rude. Called and was on hold for 40 minutes, rep came on line and put me on hold speaking a foreign language and disconnected the call when told that I am checking on an existing order. J

Bad in every way. In a panic I bought PPE at a horrible---I mean HORRIBLE----price. Then I waited. And waited. Delivery date came and went. A "24/7 chat line" link leads you to a bunch of self-serving videos. Emails get responses in broken English. Vague promises. Lies. Oh and look at the "terms and conditions"---the worst I've ever seen. They charge for fixing a mistake you've made in the address or cancelling BEFORE shipment.

About 6 months ago (Dec-2020), I ordered on line a Video Doorbell X3, advertised on this site, (error/never again). What I got... something like a little Chinese plastic box, nothing like in the picture of my order. I would like to show to make you understand (one picture = thousand words). I open a dispute and this is what they offer me as "compensation"... Dear customer,
We feel so sorry to hear that.
Please do not worry, we will try our best to solve this out for you.
In order to save time and energy, we would like to offer you $15 refund at most as compensation and you do not need to send the items back to us since the returning postage fee which is very expensive and we will not bear it. It may spend 1 month for the parcel to reach us, the parcel may lost on the way, we will not bear the risk.
Before you make your final decision, you could check the detailed return process and return cost with your local post office.
We don't pay the postal service for you.
I payed 81$ Canadian dollars... and I got... nothing (Be aver about buying something from them)! THIEVES!

Forget this site! Doesn't worth the risk, time & your money. They have no respect for you. (Thieves)

The tattoo they sent me was exactly the opposite of what I ordered. I was communicating back and fourth and suddenly it's been too long, case closed. The work was horrible. Don't confuse this company for Wristband, no hyphen. They are a rip off. And the wrist bands they sent were absolutely nothing like I ordered. This company does junk work and then stalls you until it's too late. I'd give them no stars if i could.

Ordered Sanitizing Gel and bottles. Took 2 weeks to get the 4 gallons of gel. Took 3-4 weeks and several calls to get the bottles. They blamed Fed Ex saying they didn't pick up the order. Once I got the bottles, I started working with the sanitizer. It is absolutely unusable. Your hands are left so sticky you have to go wash your hands. I called to let them know the product is defective and unusable. They will not make an exchange.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Whatever this company sells is a scam.
Their phone# doesn't work. Their email is not answered.
They sell you crappy products and NO refunds nothing.

They ship stuff from China. Quality is quite bad. And the website has INCORRECT descriptions to lure you in to buy. But once you buy, there is all kinds of fine print to scam you.

No point in dealing with scammers. Please save your time, money. Avoid them.

We ordered wrist bands a few months ago... satisfied with the quality.
A few weeks ago they sent us an email with a 10% off offer. Since we had a plan to order more, we went ahead and ordered a few hundreds more. Wrist-band.com always gives 10% discount on their website. Thought it'd be a good deal with the extra 10% email offer they sent us... but they insisted we can only use one. Anyways we just used the website automatic 10% off and ordered (expecting delivery next week). It showed we would get $12 credit (5% of last order) towards next order.
Right now, we were ready to order wristbands of different design and color. As I stated there is always the 10% discount on the website... but they refused to honor the $12 credit stating only one discount can be used!
This is purely false advertising!

When they called to follow up with the order I am trying to submit, I wanted to talk to a manager, the agent said I can do that through email.
I emailed asking how I can contact a manager, you can see their email response ( pls see pic).

Absolutely unprofessional!

I ordered from them on 11/18/21 and package was to be delivered on 11/29/21. I finally received my package on 12/10/21 from China. This I thought was a TX based company and all of the people that respond to phone calls and or to messages are in China and are 12 hours ahead. I opened my package to find that the writing that I paid extra for was not even readable in all 200 bands. I instantly called and messaged back and forth to be told I approved the photo and yes I did but the writing inside was white as was the outside just like the picture and that is what I approved and presold to customers. Now I have a product that is not what I ordered and they will not refund or redo what they messed up. I was told the inside is embossed which means engraved in the inside but not visible. WHAT? Why would I pay additional to have something on the inside you cannot see. I am furious with this company and will post reviews on every platform. Whatever you do buyer beware this company is a fraud.

Beware. They do not want to be accountable at all. Terrible customer service. The turn around time in calls or responses is 12 hours because they are located in China. This was the worst experience for me as a first time customer.

I ordered 100 pairs of disposable rubber gloves and paid extra for overnight shipping. 2 days goes by and I had to contact them to ask about the delivery only to be told my product has not even shipped. I when I inquired when I would receive it they stated "maybe" in a week or two. I specifically asked them via their online chat if the product was out of stock or would it be delayed. They reassured me I would have it within 48 hours. Do not trust them. Lets hope my refund request goes better!

1 STAR AT BEST!
Bought safety items on April 8th and paid 2 day air for guaranteed delivery for April 10th. Never said Out of Stock anywhere. Took my money and like pulling teeth to get my items. After 3 weeks of being jerked off i filed a dispute today with CC company. Look at my invoice posted. Arrival date of April 10th! Still has NOT shipped.
ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE! The Absolute WORST! Refused to credit my account.
NOT a Made in the USA company that is certain.
