No problems from start to finish. Showroom designer was so helpful with what we wanted and needed. Delivery was exactly what I asked for. We had one piece damaged on delivery but Wren were more than happy to replace, which they done immediately. Overall an excellent service all round.
It was a great experience starting from our first consultation way back last January 2022 to the final meeting and kitchen complete in December 2022 just in time for Xmas. Wren listened to our ideas and what we wanted and managed to design our ideal kitchen suited to our lifestyle despite having a very peculiar layout with several nooks and crannies to deal with. Their customer service is top notch keeping us well informed by frequent emails and text messages. Their after sales service was also excellent quickly delivering a couple of extra items when requested.

We gave them a second chance when our daughter bought her first home. Poor customer service is not worthy of them, they are far worse. They don't care about the customer, just their commission. Stay away please.

Amazing staff at the King's Lynn branch, friendly amd helpful.
Even though we changed our minds several times on the design they accommodated our needs without any fuss.
There were are few (understandably) issues when fitting, but the customer service was top class.
Free tea and biscuits at the showroom was nice.

After some months looking at various options we decided to use wren for our new kitchen.
I wanted something slightly different, the kitchen planner ( Carl) was so patient and understanding listening to our likes and dislikes. The result was a beautiful kitchen that "fits our needs" at a very reasonable price. A few small problems with items after delivery,were resolved immediately without fuss.
There is also the option of interest free credit if needed. 100% recommended

Happy with our experience customer service in store good (Reading), gave us some good ideas and recommend the best products (even advising where to get cheaper alternatives for our extractor). We used our own fitters who noticed a door was wrong but Wren quickly rectified and sent a replacement. Would recommend to family & friends.

Really impressed from start to finish. After being disappointed by other kitchen companies we booked a design appointment with wren, our Kitchen designer was professional, polite and excellent at his job. Order placed and delivered with ease. Communication has been fantastic throughout. Delivery team were prompt, polite and careful. All of our order arrived extremely well packaged with nothing missing. Instructions thorough, and clear. Aftercare experience to replace a damaged appliance was straightforward. Our wren kitchen has been a disaster from installation problems to the ongoing quality. To date upwards of 20 doors, drawer fronts and side panels have had to be replaced all for same fault, laminate peeling off. Seems particular problem with inserts on the shaker style. Wrens not interested in having faulty parts returned for inspection nor have we had the courtesy of anyone in authority visit to see the debacle for themselves. I am sure the whole kitchen will be replaced in the end. What a hassle this has all been. Wish never heard of wrens. Even after sales has not been without problems. Don't think wren knows what makes good customer care.

Was hesitant about visit to showroom, turned out a pleasant experience, was put at ease straight away by Jon Nichol wren designer. He explained everything and changed materials on screen to allow me to see difference in materials.
Next step was my installer who visited to measure up. Very pleasant young man who explained what would happen. The materials arrived on date promised, delivery staff very careful and helpful, placed cartons in place which did not obstruct.
Installers arrived at stated date removed existing kitchen and installed new with no trouble at all. We were kept informed by wren head office at all steps and stages throughout the whole procedure.
Very pleased with end product and will enjoy my new kitchen and will recommend Wren to all my friends.

Poor quality, badly advised! Complete joke is something is wrong! Apparently when you sign the contract you sign away all your consumer rights! DO NOT USE. I am sure below they will write sorry to hear about your experience we will investigate and contact you directly. No contact from anyone at WREN. I urge you please do not get drawn into the 5 years interest free it is not worth the hassle I would rather Sell my house and move rather than deal with these guys again it is less stressful.
Thanks so much to Wren Kitchen! We could not be happier with our new island extension, Curated by our talented design specialist Bonnie Fishman. Bonnie was the best part of the experience. We went into the Selden Wren Kitchen store with just a desire to extend our island but we had no idea where to start. Bonnie's creative expertise took the reins and she designed a beautiful Quartz drop down cantilever table for us that was affordable and beyond what we could have imagined for our space. I would highly recommend Bonnie at Wren Kitchens a thousand times over! If you are on the fence, just do it! The design and construction teams that came out to our house to measure and install our addition were all prompt and professional. This was such a smooth process and a wonderful experience from start to finish! Thanks again to Bonnie and the Wren Kitchen Family!

High cost, very low quality.
We bought our kitchen from Wren and its been a terrible experience. First their worktop surveyor damaged one of our installed units during his visit and Wren would not accept liability (they didn't even send me a repair kit).
Now the kitchen has been installed for about 6months we're starting to see lots of areas where the finish to the doors and panels is starting to fail.
Wren sell you the dream, but their Kitchens and customer support is a absolute nightmare!
Avoid Wren at all costs
From ordering to fitting a wren kitchen my experience was excellent. The fitters were so helpful nothing was too much trouble so clean and tidy. Could not be more happy with the finished result. Would have no hesitation recommend wren.

I would not recommend Wren at Lincoln. Opted for Wren as needed everything done in one week and hoped for a supportive experience as this was my first kitchen purchase.
Paid for full installation, then had to chase and chase and chase for extra fitting costs. Even had to visit store to get this information, finally received it via text message from fitter. Had to request breakdown of costs. No support to understand or obtain honest costing from team in store.
I'm now in a position where I have no option to seek alternative or competitive quotes in time. Hands completely tied. The team in store seem completely unconcerned thus far.
If you're hoping for a supportive experience or need to know the total cost of your kitchen installation at least a month before it arrives, would recommend you look elsewhere.
Hopeful for a quality installation, but this will be due to the expertise of the fitter and not Wrens customer service.
Brilliant sales process, sales team very helpful in getting all our designed completed and adjusted when requested. Delivery team all good, very polite and helpful putting the items where needed.
The challenges is a number of items have arrived damaged, we are on attempt number 7 to get the last single item resolved. Despite that wren has worked with us to fixed their mistakes.
As we fitted the kitchen ourself it hasn't impacted us with fitters, it's just delayed us by two months getting it sorted and still waiting for the last item to be resolved.

Right from the start our first visit to Wren was great. We only went for a look round to see what was available. We ended up booking a survey, then a consultation with Kurt from the Newport branch. He was excellent, not pushy and we ordered our kitchen that day. We had one or two small problems but these were sorted out easily and professionally. A date was agreed for delivery and everything was perfect. We are so pleased with our Wren kitchen and can't rate them high enough for quality and professionalism. Thank you Newport Wren we will definitely recommend you to all family and friends.
Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
