“Lies about product”

Michael was the person i chatted with. I told him/her i want live voice/video chat for 2 or more people. I also told him/her i wanted the live streaming working properly. He said, i will install everything, and everything will be working. He lied. The voice/video chat, and the live streaming NEEDS "outside" hosting apparently. I wasn't told that part. Also, I told him/her I did not know anything about website development. That seemed to be fine with him/her. After purchasing the WoWonder social platforn, he/she was like the wind on a calm day. Nowhere to be found. I don't know how often this happens at WoWonder, but i am thinking... OFTEN.
