As a first time buyer I'm satisfied with the wig. Maybe too much hair density for my head size. But overall good. I'm buying another one soon. Good customer service.
I originally submitted a review to their site, but they haven't approved/posted it and it's been weeks. Beware that they pick and choose which reviews to show. I ordered a reddish-brown body wave HD wig. The cap construction, lace, and sizing were good. I'd say about 70-80% of the knots were successfully bleached. However, the hair quality is not good enough to justify the price. It is dry, making it prone to frizz and tangling. It also sheds more than any other wig I've had, especially around the edges. Every time I wash it, chunks of hair fall out. I hoped this wig would last a long time, but I feel that its longevity will be short. Overall, I do not recommend this company.
My daughter purchased a Wow African wig for my retirement in 2017. Since then I've had it washed and styled about 4 times and it's still in fantastic condition. I love it! This is just 2 styles.
Hair is soft and no shedding. Usually wigs make my head itch but this one is sooooo comfortable. Absolutely worth the buy!
This wig is absolutely AMAZING! This was my 1st wig by this company but I will be ordering more! The hair is super soft & looks & feels like your real hair very easy to maintain. It has barely shed any hairs at all. 5 stars isn't enough.
The quality of the hair is amazing. I can admit my head is on the large size & was impressed that the cap fit. I will recommend it to others and I will buy again!
Starting from the moment i ordered the hair i wanted, which i saw my girl Kennedy from youtube rockinnnn, i watched her video to slay my hair sense i am a beginner to false hair... anywho confirmation and processing seem to be very fast, within a blink of an eye. I received my hair about two days after ordering it. Packaging of the hair was decent looking and well intact. Inside the box came the hair inside a satin bag, wig caps, also a brochure on how to properly take care of your hair. What i LOVE about the wig is the total natural look it gives me sense i am new to this. Also the best part is the non shedding ive had installed for about a week and half. Everything was as expected. I even thought the 16 in would look short but it was perfect for me. Tear. I will be ordering again from Wowafrican, - aka naniunknown ( youtube)
I ordered a 360 lace frontal wig from Wow African, it took about 23 days to receive, But the unit was definitely worth the wait. They did advise me previously that turnaround time would be about 22 days to make it. Beautiful hair. I will definitely order from them again. No real problems.

I bought the TWL03 wig, love it soooo much! The plucked hairline was amazing and the hair is beautiful! Shipping is very fast! Buy it on Monday and get it on Thursday! Will be buying again!

The hair arrived in a very timely manner, it took about 2 or 3 days. The bundles looked exactly like the photos on the website and everything arrived in good condition. I am a stickler for packaging when it comes to shipping hair and I have to say that so far out of all the companies Ive received hair from this company has the best shipping method and presentation. The hair arrived in a basic brown box with the company logo and inside the box the bundles as well as the closure were individually packaged and labeled into their own plastic slip covers.
Both the bundles and the closure did not have any strong or unpleasant scent to them and felt uber soft and silky upon initial touch. My fingers glided through all the hair with ease and I experienced no shedding while finger combing. I did happen to see a few gray hairs in the bundles but not much, probably about 2 strands. The hair has a medium to high luster (shine) which I dont mind but I more so prefer low luster hair because it is more realistic in my opinion
The closure that came with this set was also a nice surprise because the lace that was used is invisible and virtually undetectable once installed, you can actually skip out on using concealer with this closure. It also came with a middle part already placed into it. The closure was soft and silky just like the bundles so it blends perfectly. It was also extremely easy to install and constructed very well.
