We ordered 3 pendant light conversions for our kitchen. The quality of the construction was excellent, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the price was a very good value. Bottom line... great products!
I called the company as the piece I ordered leaves about an 1/2" to inch gab between the drywall and the cover. I am unable to use the piece that cost over $100 and they will not return. It's past 30'days however I was doing a whole home renovation and I was not ready for the cover and then come to find it's looks horrible. Based on customer service and basically not allowing me to return an item that has not been used is in my opinion bad business

My pen light arrived but was chipped on the rim. I scoured the site for how to return the light. Only found a contact form which. Filled out over a week ago. No one has ever contacted me.
These lights are amazing and everything I hoped they would be. The only negative thing I have to say about the experience is that, when I was standing on the kitchen counter hanging the first one, I slipped, turned my ankle, pulled ligaments in my knee, bruised my elbow on the wall on the way down, and landed on my hip and shoulder. I am now on crutches with a knee brace, but the lights look AWESOME! I would definitely get them again!
I was very happy with the above noted product. Importantly, I needed to know the width of the spindle bracket (before purchase), and your specifications people got right back to me via E-mail. The product was very much as described and of high quality. The instructions were straightforward and helpful. I installed them (3) over a large island in our kitchen and my wife loves them! Hated the recessed lighting in the hall. Very reasonably priced and changed out in matter of minutes. The hallway looks perfect now. Great product with fast shipping.
Nice products and easy to install. The lights we ordered were oil rubbed bronze and two of the three pieces were a little scratched; possibly during the shipping process. Instead of sending back, I decided a little paint would cover the scratches. I would order again though as I liked the product.
Looked many places before finally finding exactly what I wanted at Worth Home Products. Price was competitive and shipping was quick.
This product exceeded my expectations. Not only is it well made, but it is easy to install. I would highly recommend it.
Products were delivered in a timely fashion. One box was missing a part, when I called customer service they apologized and sent the part right out.

Product was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. That said, the quality was not that great, the lights don't hang completely straight even after numerous attempts to adjust. The quality is ok of the price but I probably wouldn't purchase again.
The glass on the pendant was - cracked in the corner, scratched, and has permanent glue on it. So, the quality disappointed me.
