We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
Kelly Mellert has been helping me with my orders for the past 4 years and is always great to work with. She responds to emails quickly and always helps me get my orders done correctly.
Tickets looked exactly as advertised. Fast shipping and prompt service. I would order from them again in the future.

Quick and easy to follow. Misprint on website, though. When choosing ticket quantity and color, it reads 500 for set price, but in quantity selection bar it reads packs of 1000.
Ordering was quick - had to call 2 times today to make sure I would receive overnight order - woman who answered the phone was very curteous and professional and answered all my questions.
Easy to navigate the website, quick and reliable shipping, and the lowest rates for quality ticket stock that I've found. Kudos!
Had to call over the phone and the people were very helpful. Shipping costs are relatively high especially for ground shipping though.
