We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
the editing of Numbers needed has too many steps. You should have school paper work on File if we have used you before.
I had to resubmit the entire order because it kept saying 1 item was missing a shipping address. I only had one order and it DID have a shipping address. Very annoying.
Once I called for help, the help I received from both people I spoke with was awesome. But the website is clunky: difficult to recall past orders, keep items in the saved folder for future etc.
Customer service through e-mail and phone were great. The website is difficult and clunky to navigate making creating this order difficult.
The website is exactly intuitive. I also have to remember how to update quantities, LOL. There should be an update button rather than having to guess at the customize button again
Your site has the best prices, but each year I need to order a different color bc the color we chose prior is always out of stock.

The shipping fees are high, and I would have liked a tracking number sent so I knew when I would recieve my order. Other than that, the people I have spoken to are nice.
I love your ticket printing service! The ticket design portion of your website is a bit difficult to manage though. Upgrades in the functionality of that area would be greatly appreciated,
It would be nice if you could use the same template, so I would not have to start all over again for each ticket ordered. It took a really long time to create 6 tickets. If my template could've been saved, so i could just go back and edit the date and color of the ticket, it would make it much more user friendly.
Rather difficult to navigate site, looking for simple FAQ's regarding multiple days of event and how to send customized spreadsheet.
It was very user friendly, however, it would have been easier to edit one ticket and customize it for each night. Unless I missed it!
We would like it if there was a little more info on each ticket stock - specifically what printers they are each compatible with.
Checkout page is not user-friendly. Also can't tell if the page is processing after clicking "Continue".

Website is not user friendly....did not let me know why they could not process order. Called and was told they do not accept Discover Card. Should be noted in message Also when told there are five colors available for tickets, then show only four. Very frostrating.
YOUR SIGHT IS INCREDIBLY GLITCHY. I HAD ISSUES UPLOADING PHOTOS, EDITING MY TICKETS, AND INPUTING A SHIPPING ADDRESS. I STARTED OVER PROBABLY 4 TIMES. FIX IT
When I would try to save multiple ticket orders, the new ticket order would overwrite the previous ticket order.
Need more choices for reserved tickets for dance recitals.
Need a way to use info from last year's tickets without having to start from scratch.

CREATING TICKET WAS A SLOW PROCESS, HAVING TO RESTART IMAGES OVER FROM TOP OF LIST WAS FRUSTRATING. UPLOADING IMAGES WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE WHERE I WANTED THEM MOSTLY BC OF THE EXTRA LAYERS...CONFUSING.
Your staff is fantastic whenever I call for advice, but your website is very difficult to navigate. I wish you had more design options.
Trouble recreating the same ticket with three different backgrounds -- had to retype everything each time. When entering credit card, system bounced me out a couple times and I had to start completely from scratch.
