We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.

New website is great. I'm talking about your customer service and Martha who is your representative. I had to tell her my credit card literally 10 times. Someone else had to call and ask my because she couldn't understand me. She is very rude and seems very clueless. I requested white GT002 which I've been reordering for about 3 years now. My order was completely wrong. I received blue ones, green ones, yellow ones and a few white ones. 3000 of them were also the wrong size and about an inch shorter in length.

In this error my business has to halt for 3 days, she wouldn't expedite my package. She wanted to send back the error tickets back on my dime, when it was your company's fault in the first place. I spoke with her that shouldn't be.

Regardless, her communication is terrible to the customer. I felt taken in this error I'm losing money for 3 days in not being able to have these tickets. I have not been even compensated in the slightest. This will be my last order with you guys unless you fix this issue asap.

WE HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING THAT YOU CAN LONGER HAVE A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR TICKETS WITHOUT PAYING A MAJOR FEE TO DO SO. YOUR DO IT YOURSELF AND ONLINE ORDERING IS VERY A LONG PROCESS AND VERY DIFFICULT. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ALSO HAVE OUR ORDER SCREWED UP THE PAST TWO YEARS BECAUSE THE WRONG AUDITORIUM SEATING CHART WAS USED. WE ARE HOPING THAT THIS YEAR WILL BE BETTER!!! THE PRICING IS ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE!

I had a terrible time saving and editing!! For some reason it had a mind of its own and would often disappear!! Would like to be able to change the dates/times/ and color border without having to rewrite everything. Perhaps if I was more computer savvy!

I used to have really good website and customer service. Not sure what has happened. My last few orders have been slower than normal. This one, another website issue which is constant. I tried to call customer service today because this order shows cancelled. Was told everyone was at lunch. How could EVERYONE be at lunch... we have used you guys for over 10 years and the last few have been very poor I regret to say.

Every time I have to order, I totally dread it. The website crashes or cancels my order. I use it from multiple computers and multiple browsers. This last order, though it showed on the screen was all duplicative though I ordered different. My show is Thursday and this was suppose to ship Friday. No confirmation. I am guessing I will need to get emergency printing here in California.
