We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
Kelly Mellert has been helping me with my orders for the past 4 years and is always great to work with. She responds to emails quickly and always helps me get my orders done correctly.
Tickets looked exactly as advertised. Fast shipping and prompt service. I would order from them again in the future.

My experiences with this company have repeatedly been extremely pleasant... from questions that I call I with (and their courteous and helpful answers) to the speed with which they expedite my order.
I initially had trouble trying to figure out how to recreate past tickets but Kelly was very helpful. It was very frustrating that I had to delete and recreate the tickets after our tax exempt status was updated. Other than that it was a good experience. The tickets arrived in a timely fashion and look AWESOME! I will definitely order our tickets from WWTC again!
I was having trouble navigating your web site but when I emailed your customer service team they replied quickly.
would like a "copy" function when designing multiple items with minor differences. This would speed up the time it takes to produce the multi item orders.
Had to call over the phone and the people were very helpful. Shipping costs are relatively high especially for ground shipping though.
I love the new designs offered for Nutcracker tickets. would like to see more new designs for Dance Recitals!

I WANTED MULTIPLES OF THE SAME TICKET DESIGN WITH DIFFERENT BORDERS. I HAD TO ENTER THE SAME DATA MULTIPLE TIMES
So far so good! The one thing I would suggest is offering smaller sets of raffle tickets so that those of us with smaller events don't have to commit to 500. Perhaps there could be a 100-200 option. Also, I was a bit shocked by the high cost of shipping when I was checking out. It too me off guard that shipping was half the cost of the product itself...so wondering if you may be able to offer a more economical shipping option for some?
It would be nice if you could use the same template, so I would not have to start all over again for each ticket ordered. It took a really long time to create 6 tickets. If my template could've been saved, so i could just go back and edit the date and color of the ticket, it would make it much more user friendly.
Updating and saving was sometimes slow and cumbersome. Otherwise I feel very happy with the shopping experience.
We would like it if there was a little more info on each ticket stock - specifically what printers they are each compatible with.
Website said color I wanted was out of stock. Called offices and very helpful associates explained website was not current. He double checked and infact my desired color was in stock!
I wish I didn't have to re-enter all of the information when I am ordering tickets for the same show over a few days.
I love getting our tickets from you. However, I really wish I could copy my project for multiple days performances. I know I could have done what the FAQ's suggested....but it is still a frustration. However, it is my ONLY complaint...so I guess that's still pretty good!
