The site also carries some of the hallmarks of Asian traders, and although it displays a number of credit card logos it accepts only Paypal, not a recommended choice of payment processor unless you are using Ebay and are covered by Paypal's buyer protection.
It gets a bad rating from me, rather than maybe a two-star, because it intentionally misleads by using a fake Verisign badge. That immediately suggests to me that I can't rely on anything else here.
