After I figured out the sizing chart, which is, I hope, close enough to accurate, shopping was pretty easy. A few glitches as I learned their protocols, but, overall, pretty intuitive. I've had bad experiences, in the past, with the quality on inexpensive articles being way lower than advertised, but the items on this site are so cute that I will take another chance. We will see.
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
Euan in the actual shop is brilliant. Emma in web orders customer service equally so but swamped.
Management need to review processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making. The disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse leaves the customer nowhere to go. Web orders warehouse NEEDS a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses. DPD certainly didn't help, losing the first package and continuing issues at the Carnforth depot but WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late. Great stock at WCH but their popularity is proving to be their downfall.
The management need to invest in their staff who make them their money. As a previous customer I didn't expect any problems but they did occur which is a real shame. Will probably put me off ordering in future if I'm being honest though that isn't the staffs' fault but the management.
I returned this item almost a week ago, it was signed for the following day but I've still had no contact from the store regarding my refund. I'm sure they'll be in touch but it shouldn't take this long. The price was good and delivery quick so I'm hoping it's just an admin issue.
Product is as described and fine. Delivery took far too long to come, especially considering the 4.99 delivery fee.
It's not the best website I have used and selecting sizes is not always compatible with different makers. So it's a guessing game. I normally select items from one maker as I know and enjoy their pedigree. It is always difficult to weed out any Chinese-made items as they are in my opinion sub-standard.
Overall, a good price, quick delivery and a good product. Would have got more stars but first order on the web and the website crashed, leaving my PayPal payment in limbo with no order recorded. I was obviously worried as I had paid £470. When I phoned I got a (not particularly friendly) shop assistant who told me I had to contact the websales department, and I could only do this by email.....no phone number and no offer of help from the shop. I explained the situation, but still only email and wait.
Sometimes you need a bit more than an email address, and expect a little more flexibility in unusual situations.
In the end, my email was answered promptly and refunded. Because PayPal pre-funds payments they have to wait for my original payment to clear before refunding money (4-5 working days). Just before Christmas this was a paid as time was limited, so I had to pay again on credit card.
So, all went ok in the end, refund was made, but I felt VERY exposed for a period of time having paid an unknown internet company £470 on PayPal without any record of an order, and no means of 8mmediate direct contact. Not sure I would use again for that reason.
I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive for 4 or 5 days. This meant that my son didnt get his birthday present in time
I've bought from WCH before but this order took ages to arrive, I couldn't track it, and I had to send it back due to a poor fit.

Faulty,but quickly sent return label. But why put a phone number on the returns slip that we are not supposed to ring.bonkers!
Swift delivery and a great price but unfortunately I received a ladies jacket rather than a mens.
I ordered for next day saturday delivery for a birthday and sril hadnt recieved by monday! I had to email 3 times until i recieved a reply. Very disappointed
Website and delivery is great but items received i will be sending 1 part back as looks different to image and doesn't fit or suit me. But part 2 of delivery was perfect.
Found this website whilst looking for some Carhartt and Stüssy clothing items and was absolutely delighted I had done so- I paid a lot less than retail for the items and the delivery time was perfect. The chaps running this place are very nice too; they give you a nice handwritten letter along with some freebies like sweets etc
Definitely will be shopping here again, 10/10 recommend.
