I have a hard time finding tall shirts that are reasonably priced for my 6'5" son. These are Both, and they are a great quality. I have purchased many shirts from them for my whole Family and have never been disappointed.

Bought a product from Wordans with a free pickup in their offices in Barcelona. Offered myself on the date and timeframe communicated to me. Employee tells me at the door, I need to come back another time because the signature person is having a pause... Get sent back on the street as there is no opportunity to wait and get the door slammed without a better solution. Following up to get a refund on the paid package they could not hand me over during their communicated timeslot, Wordans keeps replying next to the question asked and remains responding late with no solution provided for the questions asked. It is a shame how low the quality of the service is, seeing the apartment office and attitude of the guy at the door, this looks like a scammy company with 0 service post-sale.

Sent the wrong size item. Every time I try to contact their CS it takes an average of three days for a reply. However, I have since contacted them about my return three times recently, the last occasion was one week ago and I have not heard back. They have had my returned item for over a week and there has been no refund or communication that they have received it.

They are also refusing to answer whether they will refund shipping cost or cover shipping cost to Australia if I replace the item with the correct size. After all, it was their error sending the wrong size.

There is also no return policy on their website. This company is dodgy!

We didn't receive our package and moved and emailed customer service never got back to us. $150 worth of clothes never received any credit for

This company is definitely a fraudulent and a rip-off I ordered are cardigan sweater back in February 2018 never received my item in the mail I tried to reach out I tried to contact them nothing this company does not even have a appropriate telephone number to contact they business or talk with a staff representative but they got my money directly it came right off my card in my checking account. NEVER EVER AGAIN THEY DON'T EVEN EXIST IN MY BOOK. I TRULY HATE THIEVES AND I DON'T PLAY SBOUT MY MONEY BEING STOLEN FROM ME! IF THE RATING HAD A 0. THAT'S WHAT EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY

This is getting ridiculous. You send me a response with excuses. And no actual information in the form of dates and times. Where is my stuff you already got paid for? These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I was gonna print on them. Not that it matters to you. Thats ruined. But theres still New Years?! Maybe? Follow through please. ETA ASAP! Please. Order #*******

I ordered tee shirts from Wordens website using the choices that Wordens provided to online customers. I received the wrong color tee shirts from Wordens. I tried calling and no one answered the telephone because it was after 5PM. I emailed them and identified the mistake they made and pointed out that their website had offered one color which I ordered from but that the tee shirts I received were a different color. They then went and corrected the problem (changing the color I ordered to a different color) that I pointed out on their website and made it like it was my fault in ordering the wrong color tee shirt. After four to five subsequent emails attempting to clarify what had happened, I still received no satisfaction in terms of receiving the correct color shirts that I ordered. I will not order anything from them again.

I paid for my order May 22nd 2018, never received it. Now they issue this statement - well, they stole from me the last day... I bet before they kept being as dishonest as before. A scam company to be avoided:

"Since May 23,2018, NEEDEN.COM Inc. became the official licensee of Wordans.com in the US. Therefore, NEEDEN.COM Inc. can't be held liable nor responsible in connection with any matter arising from the use of Wordans.com prior to May 23,2018, including all orders placed before this date on Wordans.com. All requests regarding the use of Wordans.com prior to this date must be addressed to the former licensee of Wordans.com which is WORDANS USA LLC (401 WEST BAY PLAZA, PLATTSBURGH, NY *******)."

Order 2 pairs of sweatpants, ready made Jan 27,2017 and used paypal
They accepted payment 2 days later
No confirmation of order received so called them Feb 1st and they emailed invoice
Using their cheap mailing service which involves UPS then delivered by post office today is February 14 and the order is still in transit.

They do not have a phone number to call and I have asked them via email where my order is several times with no response at all. 19 days to get an order that is an off the shelf item is beyond ridiculous.

Their customer reviews I have read all seem to confirm the experience I had.
