I ordered two pairs of track and field running shoes from these guys. One paid that arrived was the wrong size and the other pair never arrived. E-mails from them were from a non descript Gmail address. I was advised the shoes ordered were out of stock despite the website saying otherwise. Despite ongoing emails I am now receiving no response. Do not deal with these people.

I paid for a pair of Nikes and never received them! Tried to email them and they never returned my email. Cost me over $100. I have contacted AFP (Australian Federal Police) & they are on to it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
Firstly they sent me the wrong shoes. Then I sent messages through their site which I never got a reply to. Contacted the guy who sent me the tracking number and said to him that they sent the wrong shoes. This is what I got back.

The customers should undertake the freight if they want to return. It will cost high freight and it's a long process, we can only deal with your matter after we get it. Sometimes the products will lose on transit. That will add the risk of transportation. Its not good for you.
In consideration of these problems, we can refund 10% of order price to your account. You can keep the product that you got. That would be appreciate for your promptly reply.
