“Worst online purchase experience - do not order.”

I strongly advise that you do not do business with Women's Shoe Supply (www.womensshoessupply.com.). I ordered an item and after receipt, found that it was the incorrect item. They said it was some other customer's order that was mishandled. They admitted that the mistake was their fault (they blamed their shipping company) but rather than fix this issue immediately by sending me the correct item, they requested that I keep the incorrect item and put in another order for the item that I originally ordered! They claimed that they didn't want me to send back the incorrect item because they wanted to save me money on shipping it back – why would I be the one paying for shipping? It was their mistake! I told them that I would be happy to send them back the incorrect item and wanted them to either provide me with a full refund or send me the correct item. I told them that I would not pay for shipping on any returns or correct shipment. They continued to not fulfill this request – they just kept trying to tell me to buy the correct item again and keep the incorrect item! I even agreed to pay for shipping of the correct item so that I could get the original item (I won't pay for shipping until the item is received) but they won't even do that! After 5 months of back and forth, they finally agreed to send me the item but they sent me multiple tracking numbers that were completely unrelated and incorrect. They continued to blame their "shipping company". They then finally agreed to give me a refund and made me wait until the end of the month. The end of the month now has come and gone and they are no longer responding to my emails. I feel like they were stalling to see if I would forget and go away. Wrong! I have been emailing their customer service for over 5 months and this issue is still not resolved. Again – I strongly recommend that you do not do business with this company. This is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received."

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a pair of Tom's from this site and received a completely different pari of shoes. Wrong size, color, and style. I looked on their website for help and it said to contact them if there was an issue with the shoes and you would be advised to keep the shoe and they would send you the correct item as it was their fault. I contacted them and about 15 emails back and forth all they could tell me was they would give me a 20% discount towards the purchase of my correct item. As if I wanted to order from them again and run the risk of receiving the wrong item again and having to pay for it again! Worst experience I have ever had over the web. I will say it again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAN!
