Ordered ladies ski jacket and after 4 weeks a Mens North Face Climbing jacket arrived. Numerous emails sent before any response. After sending pictures and details of order I was offered a discount for my next order (!?) and 15% refund of what I paid. I wanted a full refund and to return the wrong jacket but this was "not possible". Got my money back through my credit card company and still have a fake North Face climbing jacket DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. APPEARS THAT THEY DEAL IN RIP-OFF GARMENTS.
