I have ordered one product With order number 18847269 from JT store. I mailed and called them almost 4 times each. It's 1 month. But when I called them today the customer care executive misbehaved. First he told there is no such order but they already deducted the money. Then he told me to install the app. When I told him that I did everything but nothing happened and also told that no such app exist there in play store the told me that they are not available in play store. Why r u searching? When I told that it's showing in your website he told me no u r wrong. He was an absolute mannerless person. Do not know how to talk to the customers. Talking absolutely no sense. So I immidiately lodged a consumer complaint and also mailed them the same and told for the refund. Teach them a lesson. Those who want to Lodge a compaint they can go to the website (consumerhelpline.gov.in). Just call on the toll free number there. And they will file a complaint. I request everyone those who suffered like me. Even if it's Re. 1 then also u tell here. Hope this will help u all. I am adding the pics of the govt we site and also of my order plz check it.
