Offered 20% off order for texts. 15% off for Military IDme. Neither worked. No answer at customer service. Chat rep was so slow I had to ask TWICE if she was still on. First she said she would honor 20% off for texts (I already consented) THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN discount does not apply to the boot. Alexis B could not have cared less, was slow and sloppy. I had to state TWICE what my issue was. She did all she could to avoid helping me. I'm glad I did not buy boots - the reviews are wretched - just like the quality of their footwear and customer service - DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON WOLVERINE PRODUCTS!
