I have ordered a lot of books from world of books and been very impressed with the service, delivery which is free and value for money. I am part of a book club and recommended this to my book club as well as family and friends.

I'm been buying from WOB for a while now and the service has been excellent every time. The condition of the books, DVDs and games I've ordered have been exactly as advertised every time and they've always been dispatched quickly. The website is well laid out and the special offers are great value. Big thumbs up from me!

Each book that I have ordered and received has been exactly as was described on their site.

I have bought many books from WoB and generally have been happy for books I want to read rather than collect. The descriptions of the books' condition on WoB is rarely accurate. Often books are described as being in ‘very good' condition but this is simply not true, especially when compared to the descriptions on ABE Books, for example, where sellers live and die by their honest descriptions. There are conventions about describing book condition which WoB either ignores or doesn't understand. If WoB added accurate descriptions I'm sure it would reduce any negative feedback.

James Garner autobiography was fascinating read. Well written, interesting content & subject. Learmed even more about James Garner and his life. Book was also delivered promptly and good value for price paid

The price was right for the book I bought from them and the shipping was actually pretty fast considering they're in the UK and I'm in Canada but they aren't honest about the condition of their books. I bought a book listed as "very good" condition and they sent one that had writing inside, dirty yellow pages and creased dust cover. The book was "acceptable" or "good" at best. I really find it discouraging when the sellers aren't honest about the book conditions. I won't use them again.

I have used Wob several times now. My books have always arrived within a few days, and been in good condition. Wob has become my first choice if I am looking for books, as it is a B-corp and helping to re-use books and cut down on waste, something that I wholeheartedly support. I also recommend it to my friends if they are book-hunting. I haven't tried Ziffit yet, but that also looks great. Keep up the good work!

I have found at last a book site that does what it says.
Excellent service and good quality books, arrived earlier than expected well wrapped and good condition.

Ive bought 5 books from wob and have generally been satisfied, with 1 of them been tatty. Delivery has always been quick with good communication. I find some of their books relatively expensive so pick the books carefully. Have also sold books on Ziffit and the poor price they give you for excellent condition books make a good profit for WOB. They have a good choice so always check them out.

Love the selection of items for sale. Books. Games etc... I have used Wob for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed by the service. Great website. Very easy to use. Finding books that you just don't get anywhere else... just received my latest books all in very good condition for 2nd hand... keep up the good work..

I ordered a book from them. It has not arrived. It has no tracking number. I cant get customer service to respond with a. Good answer. Their one email back was not a good response.
I will never order from them again.

An easy to use website and a huge inventory of books new and used makes World Of Books my go to when searching for a book. Honest descriptions of the condition of the books is helpful and I haven't had a book yet that hasn't matched the condition stated.

I purchased a book on Worldofbooks Inc Amazon storefront on Thur, Oct 29th, the order marked as shipped on Thur, Oct 29th, but the company never shipped the item and did not provide the shipping tracking information. I have sent several emails regarding my order shipment issue, but neither my issue got resolved nor my questions have been replied to date. It seems that Worldofbooks Inc is a fraudulent company. Based on my experience, I would suggest other buyers be cautious about the business practice of the Worldofbooks company. Very disappointing shopping experience.

I have used WOB a few times in the past and never had any issue. The quality of the used books have always passed my expectations. However, two books in my most recent order have been refunded without any cancellation or notification - so there's room for improvement within the service
