I am here just regretting purchasing anything on this website! It's been hell trying to get a return information or refund for an item that I am not satisfied with and doesn't work either. Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous. But from this site at the detriment of your mental health.

Desde o dia 21 de outubro estou pedindo o reembolso porém até agr a equipe não atendeu aos meus pedidos diários, sem falar que ela coloca uma assistente virtual que só sabe falar as mesmas coisas todas as vezes que procurarmos saber sobre o produto ou sobre o reembolso, nossa que chato isso essa foi a segunda vez que compro nesse app, e assim que chegar o meu produto se é que vai chegar eu irei desisttalar esse app.

When I ordered my stuff from wish.com it said I would have my product by June 16 now it's saying July second. People if your in a hurry for your products do not order from wish. Hopefully wish isn't a scam. If I knew it was going to take a month to get my product I would not have gone through wish.com. Tried to save 5.00 dollars going with wish. Not worth the wait. And yes they are coming from freaking China where this corona virus started from. Never again ordering through wish.com again.

Having much experience, much of this company is built on using our money (ponzi scheme) for 30 days or more! Sure you get a "no worries we refund; but don't mind us if we use that money for a bit!" Keep purchases small, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I am requesting refunds on about 4 items. I get computer viruses every time I buy something. And, the attached item purchased March 26, still shows the package tracking date same as the purchase date.
Also, those who get their packages in less than 30 days, must be paid to say that, or live in China or both.

Price advertised changes on placing an order. It is done so cleverly, the advert tells you a bargain price but on placing an order the price shoots up when choosing the colour. Just be vigilant on buying, that the purchase price is still at your acceptable range
Saying a 50/50 chance your product will even arrive is being a bit generous. Also in general postage is extremely expensive. Pretty average for an online shop in this day and age.

I used to buy things occasionally from wish.com, but not anymore. The shipping is getting faster but more expensive. The quality of the products are getting worse and worse, if you're luckily enough to get the item you actually ordered! The last time I ordered from them I didn't get 2 of the items I ordered and the one item I did get was completely the wrong item. And to make matters worse they kept trying to make it seem like it wasn't their fault! Don't shop wish.com! Pay the few extra dollars and get items local or on amazon.

Ordered cast treats, said would deliver in 2 weeks. Got notice shipped, then got notice returned to warehouse. 2 months and a bad review, got refund. Was told another provider was available and would deliver in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later was told to wait 2 months. Requested refund. Product arrived 3 weeks later. Never ordered anything again.

Seems to be a site for Chinese sellers to send stuff that gets to you in a few months, and makes items look like a deal, then inflated shipping charges are added. Don't expect to get quality items or items that meet the description of what is being sold. I got something similar to what I ordered, but a cheaper, less featured version. Wish customer service may have been a real person at first, but eventually just turned into bot replies saying that what I received is what I ordered (even though this is clearly not the case - the listing text description says one thing (96 LED lights (best version)), and the description on the package I received says something different (33 LED lights (cheap version)).

I have bought about 20 items basically being tricked out into buying spree (discounts, timing pressure etc). Some items are of acceptable quality but many of them are just useless gadgets with basically not acceptable quality of performance. The worst product I received was "robotic" vacuum cleaner Zhenbao. I have paid for that 60$ but the real value is just ZERO $! Many other items with low price tag (advertised as 90% plus discount) are also of similar value. For example the watch I bought, was just a disaster.

TERRIBLE... NEVER AGAIN.
I'm only rating WISH a two star only because I had a couple of items I had ordered actually show up and were decently usable. I'm absolutely horrified by the way this company has handled my refunds enquiry since November 2020!
The issue that I have experienced was: On 7th of November 2020 I ordered the following from the Wish App: FIIDO Folding Electric Bicycle.
I paid the amount of £483.00 by visa debit card. I had requested a return and it was still under the return policy procedures.
I then received a return label to send via Hermes the tracking number. The parcel was sent and Bleckmann Logistics received the parcel but it turns out the seller did not as Wish put the wrong address on the return label. Now no one is telling me where this parcel might be and nobody is offering any resolution to this difficult situation.
I was expecting to receive the refund within two weeks of returning this item, but at present I have still not received any refund or action from Wish to help fix this situation.
It occurred on: 2020-11-19
This meant that I do not have the item I originally ordered nor the refund. So I am out £483 for something I had no fault in besides the faith I had in the delivery of my refund. Terrible and I will never be ordering anything from them again. In fact it has put me off of online shopping completely.

I ordered my item two days ago and when I ordered it, I got an email saying that my payment was going through and after it had gone through they would ship my item, this is reasonable. Now, two days later, it said that my payment is STILL pending! This seems very strange to me. I went to look at my item on the website and I think the automated customer service chat was really annoying to use and didn't answer my question of why it took so long, so I went online and found their phone number but apparently they don't have customer service over the phone. Which makes me question why there is a phone number anyway, but I finally found out where to email to talk to someone about this and it got back that someone would respond to me in two to three days? After that I checked the reviews and realized I made a mistake ordering from wish, so I refunded my order. The website definitely doesn't have "fast shipping speeds" As they claim and you are better off ordering from a different website.

I get ads on facebook showing a full body massage chair for $79.00. When I click on the ad there is no such chair at that price. They show electric battery powered bikes for 22.00. The description clearly describes a 26 inch electric bike. I have ordered one to see what I get. Alot
Of items I order that show rally cheap prices I never receive and have to be refunded. Other items the price you or the item you see pictures is not available or if it is available the ad shows 6.00 but when you place it in your shopping cart it's shows as 20.00. Completely dishonest!

I have been using wish for over a year
I have been using wish for over a year. I had no problems until recently. The last three orders I had sent to a local store for pick up. I got no notification that my order was ready for pick up and when I checked the app for status, no QR Code was issued. Then out of nowhere they tell me my order has been closed for pick up. The first time they reimbursed me purchase price minus 7% restocking fee. However, I lost over thirteen dollars in shipping. My last two orders are over $80 and it has happened again. I don't get my order and I lose out on $50 in shipping for something I am not at fault for. I will never order from Wish again.

We also don't have your current credit card. Re-enter it? Great. Choose a shipping option; "standard" or you can have the items "shipped to store" for half the price--just choose a store below. (Unfamiliar w/ that store. Leave Wish to look it up on Google maps. Huh, no longer in business. Return to Wish>Shopping cart>shipping>choose standard>place order). SCREW YOU! You ran out of time. Pay double for each item!

Someone has hacked my account and changed my name and address to theirs and I am unable to correct some of it. In addition, today I was welcomed back after not having used the app in awhile with a request to confirm my identity by sending along a photo of a recent bank statement showing a recent Wish purchase. This was all on my Android 9 phone.

I am relativity new to wish but what I experienced was not good. I tried it in the very begging of April and I have only received one item which was a key chain that broke in 2 days. For the rest of my orders their arrival date keeps getting pushed back and when I tried to contact customer service it was a computer generated response that said I can talk to a real person if I paid one dollar! My are my concerns being charged? I shouldn't have to pay for help. Overall not happy.

I have bought so many items from WISH. I am currently awaiting of my last item so I can delete the APP. The constantly change arrival date, without so much as a curtesy email. Very is very inconsiderate of the customer and very unprofessional. I used to be so fun to shop on WISH, now each purchase has become a pain in the $#*!. I will be deleting both WISH and GEEK upon arrival of my last items. I cannot with good conscience recommend this site.

I paid for three items but got only one. They promised a refund but I was shocked at the amount credited into their own record because they said I must use it to buy things from them. They have no customer service or contact system as their programmed customer service system could not handle a lot of issues

Wish, as far as I am concerned, is a big scam. If an item is purchased, with extremely high shipping costs, by the way, and you don't pick up the item within a month, then you are charged almost the entire amount you paid for the item, minus the shipping cost. They make it look like a refund on the product, but it's really not, because they keep the entire amount except maybe 20%, if you're lucky. They don't use modern technology to notify you via text messaging. Some products don't even allow you to ship to your home. I also requested the day before they were going to return my money to hold they item and I would pick it up. They never held the item or every replied to my email. Instead, the decided to send me an automatic feedback email to ask how well they did. Needless to say, I didn't give them rave views. Their support definitely is little to no help. I got two of the products I ordered and it takes a very long time to get them weeks, if not months.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy anything if you are not going to pick up your items right away. Don't go for the ship to home additional charge. Why does it cost more? Really? Same zip code, same post man, but costs more. It's a total rip off. In many cases the shipping is three to four times the cost of some items.
