I am here just regretting purchasing anything on this website! It's been hell trying to get a return information or refund for an item that I am not satisfied with and doesn't work either. Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous. But from this site at the detriment of your mental health.

I am here just regretting purchasing anything on this website! It's been hell trying to get a return information or refund for an item that I am not satisfied with and doesn't work either.
Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous.
But from this site at the detriment of your mental health.

Tip for consumers:
Never buy from this site except you have a bottle of Tylenol to help with the headache they will cause you

None! And for the record I wish there was an option to give them a negative rating. One start is review is way too much to compensate their fraud!

I ordered an item from Wish and paid for it that day. The item took over a month to arrive and was not as advertised or portrayed. It is complete junk. I contact wish the day after it arrived and asked to return it for a refund. They informed me that I hadn't ordered anything. If that is true, why did they email me when it was shipped and where is my money. This has gone on for weeks now. Don't bother with this pack of crooks.

Tip for consumers:
They don't stand behind what is sold. They can find your money but then apparently you fall off the face of the earth.

It says delivered but got screwed again. I see you don't read anything that is sent.
Read my previous message.
I talked to fedex and it is coming to another town far away and FedEx said it's about a pound. And I know a gazebo weighs more than 1 lb. This has been my 6th different order that I ordered from wish. And never received 1 item

Do you ever deliver any items?

Check the tracking number on FedEx and you can see i got scammed again.
It's also coming to another person in a city 6 hrs away. It was supposed to be a greenhouse and the weight is 1 lb. And FedEx said it wasn't my name or address. Screwed again.

Tip for consumers:
I told them that tracking number was going somewhere else. Common science. 8'x10' polycarbonate greenhouse house weighs more than 3 lb.
I have 7 different items. They don't check the tracking number at all or read anything you send them.

Products used:
None, I ordered 7 different items at different times. And between $150.00 to $260.00.
Roughly spent $1400.00. and have not received an item.

Received previously used hand sanitizer units. Disgusting! Will not let me return as they say they can't see the fault?! They've told me to use them and then show them they don't work. Ridiculous response. The back is transparent and I can clearly see there has been a liquid put inside. Never purchased from Wish before and will NEVER be again. SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY

Non comprate da questo sito. Oltre ad articoli scdenti, non c, e disponibilita' alcuna e il cambio merce te lo fanno pagare, nonostante il cambio nelle vendite on line debba essere gratuito perché garantito dalla tutela consumatori. After receiving a dress issing the back lining of a lace dress. I contacted customer service to return for a refund. I was told it didn't meet the criteria for a return( part of the dress is MISSING). I was then told there is no wish return center in my country (Canada) shocking. They have really gone down hill. Will absolutely advise NOT ordering anything from wish again. It's not worth trying to save a few bucks.

Really disappointed in how bad the customer service is any more. Would definitely NOT recommend

I ordered 3 items on 18th of April and now we are in mid June and I still did not receive anything! Please be aware you can not refund as they play hide and seek with you so every time when i check the app they change the delivery schedule so I can not ask for refund and when i contact to support team they pass me to different section!
I lost my money and i think it is a fraud.
Do not use this crap APP.

Even though they advertise a return policy, it is a lie. I rec'd 2 items that were the wrong size & tried to respond using their "system" (an email link that didn't work). There is no customer service PERIOD. So, just know that when you order something, you are stuck with it and you won't get your money back. I "WISH" I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them.

It's been about two years since wish banned or blocked me from ordering from their site. I was banned because I used their guaranteed refund policy. It's been about two years now since then and my wish account still has a block on my account so ordering isn't allowed. I requested the block be removed and was told it isn't possible. Therefore, banned for life. As a senior my days are numbered and I think I can use the term banned for life. In all my years, I can say I've nevered been banned from a store or service. I do think wish should think things through better than this as public forums like this work both ways and give companies and website businesses both positive and negative reviews.

Update: why is it Wish replies using a "form or template " reply that gets you to a third party site that is completely useless in resolving such issues.

UPDATE: We continue to be denied access to purchase anything from Wish because we used the guarantee refund policy "too much". What happens when you purchase have something from sellers on wish that are not up to quality standards, delivery beyond promised delivery date, an item not what you ordered etc. You the consumer request to return the item or you qualify for the guarantee refund policy and wish refunds you. Next thing you know, wish denies you access, restricts your account so you cannot EVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN. You did nothing wrong. We feel you have the right to know what could happen to you because it happened to us. Wish are refused even after two yrs not using their platform, from ordering again. Wish won't remove restrictions and have said this to us. Thanks for reading our concern.

Tip for consumers:
We want you to realize what can happen to you if you choose to request a refund under the guarantee refund policy of wish. It is unfortunate wish will never allow you to purchase a product again once you are banned or restricted because you received refunds.

It's been months since the wish contextlogic banned me from using their site. About a year back wish stopped me from using certain sellers and all because I used their guarantee refund policy when packages didn't show up.

Tip for consumers:
You might think you can use their guarantee refund policy but know you can be banned or deleted if you use it. I don't know how many times you can use it before you become banned and ignored by customer service but I was and others have been as well.

Products used:
We purchased various items from wish contextlogic sites and once we used their guarantee refund policy " too many times" because we didn't receive the package or was very late beyond the delivery date months after purchase, I was told by wish to delete my account.

It's been about one yr since wish prevented me from ordering because I was flagged for "abusing the refund policy that is guaranteed if you don't receive the product/package by the delivery date or if no package is delivered. Wish has refused to straighten this out and plays games when you use their customer service. Believe me, if they don't like you for whatever reason, they'll ban you. From what I see, complain about anything and they'll play games so you can't use their site.

Tip for consumers:
If you request a refund more than a couple of times, you risk being banned from using the site. They expect you to forfeit the money you paid.

Camping tools, fishing tackle, trivial items like keychains etc.

Placed 2 orders, both transactions were immediately paid via my Visa. Received NO email from either vendor and have not received either item after a month. Called the 800 number "not currently offering phone support". Worst experience ever. Beware of this site, I'll never use it again. Terrible.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not only was my order never delivered, it was never even registered. Despite handing them every conceivable detail regarding product and transaction information, a complete unwillingness to even acknowledge the issue came from them. If I could give less than one star on this review I would. Wish should be disgusted at their 'support' team and entire organisational approach.

I ordered almost $200.00 worth of merchandise at the end of March, as of today I have received only 4 items, each of them being about $2.00. They claim it you order now you will receive your items by August, that is a joke. I have found no way to call or write to Wish. If anyone has a phone number for them please send it. Do not recommend. Took ages to arrive. Terrible after sales support. I ordered a item in my normal size which didn't fit. They asked for photo evidence which was sent but they refused to do anything about it. Would offer a swap, a credit or refund - they just said "I understand this issue caused an inconvenience. The store has fulfilled your order correctly based on the variation you have chosen." Useless their customer as it doesn't fit! Don't be tempted to use them.

Buyers beware:
1. Yes, the items are very cheap so please expect cheap quality
2. Delivery takes a lifetime. Looking at the tracking history of items I've ordered, the trend is that product packing and international delivery takes a long time - more than 30 days. Interestingly enough, 30 days is the timeframe you MUST log a refund under their 'money-back guarantee' policy...

To be fair, I've ordered a total of 52 items from Wish. Some items are great although I have regretted a few purchases. I'm still waiting on 4 of those items to be delivered so that's a successful delivery rate of 92%. 2 of the 4 were ordered as early as April 11,2020 whilst the 4th item I'm waiting for was ordered on June 11,2020. One tracking info shows it's 'departed from EPC warehouse' whilst another shows 'Wishpost order generated' ie. No one has even packed my order so I don't even have a tracking ID for this item...

Today is Christmas Day 2020 so that's 8 months of waiting and I've missed their 30-day window. No need to contact their customer support because it's practically a bot (or multiple people copying and pasting a scripted response) who tells you repeatedly that they cannot offer a refund, even though I've repeatedly said I want them to connect me to their sellers, that I'm not asking for a refund and that I'm aware of their 30-day timeframe. Unlike other e-commerce sites like AliExpress, Wish doesn't allow you to directly contact sellers.

Bottom line - Please spend the amount that you're absolutely comfortable to lose if the products never arrive at your doorstep after 30-days.

I ordered some clothes and they were way, way too small. I used the provided sizing chart too. I measured the items and all of them weren't even close to the stated sizes. I tried to get customer service to do something but all they would do is confirm the order and refer me to a page where you rate your purchase.
If you want to just throw your money away go ahead and place an order through WISH.

After not receiving an order past the return date, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a second order for some new items... you guessed it, the same thing happened again.

I don't appreciate being taken advantage of... their tactics are unacceptable. They flat out stole my money twice!

I NEVER received my order. My delivery date has been changed several times without notice.
I ordered something for a personal event that has long since passed.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT.
Someone needs to shut this site down! Look at the daily complaints!

All garbage, bad service. Cheap fake stuff from china. If you want use it once and throw it away. I order pants with no logo. They send me this lol. Don't fall for it.

I recently purchased a tent from Wish.com and to my surprise, when it was delivered, it was delivered to the wrong address with a wrong name, and I had paid for it and had the tracking number, but it was delivered to someone else. Then when I tried to get a refund they automatically refunded me with Wish cash never ask for that then their where like I'm sorry I can't help you because it's already been a transferred into wish cash. So in other words they're making me use $227 to purchase junk off of Wish. Everyone be aware do not order anything for this trash company.

I end up having to purchase a $1300 tent that I did not want to spend.

As the title. Do yourself a favour and order from Amazon or somewhere else that will actually provide you a product that works or at least some customer service. Don't get fooled by the pricing, it's all the cheapest of Chinese junk and you'll regret it.

Last week I bought some boots from wish. The money went out on the 12th today another lot of money went out for the same boots. I contacted them and they refunded me 1 lot of money and said they weren't sending them. See my issue. They owe me another refund. Charged me twice. Not sending order. Refunded me once. I'm fuming and just to add to this, I have been treated in a disgusting manner today trying to sort this out. They have the customer service skills of wart hogs and help them selves to money out of your bank account.

I'm so upset. I've never been treated this bad as a customer before.

I ordered 3 items which are totally diffrent from the picture that wish has in the website. Fabric, discription, fit and size are just different and i'm so upset when i recieved my order. When i tried to return them i found it time consuming, frustrating and awful since they responsed to my emails very late and ask same questions several times. This is the worst online purchase i've ever had and i don't recommend this website at all.

I placed an order on 26 September 2020 for 2 items. I cancelled within 20 minutes as no longer required the order. Since then they have charged me again for one of the items and shipped it. No amount of correspondence via 'Wish Assistant' has even got a response. Buyer beware do not trust this website at all.

Wrong product (of lesser value) delivered twice, no response from customer service, no return address, customer have to pay for return shipping charges, customer service responds after 30 day return policy, thus keeping your money, not allowing return. Only sender address on package has scam alerts on the internet. WISH has no quality control or does not care about customer satisfaction. They don't send invoices with the packages, only proof of purchase is credit card history and account history on their website. They make it almost impossible to get refunds.

Tip for consumers:
Good luck, shipping is over than 30 days, be prepared to be very diligent if product is wrong or defective.
must act immediately and be persistent, do not wait for responses must always be in contact or refund/return period will expire, then WISH gives false infromation to misleading info to credit company when you try to have credit card company get refund for charges. Often times product on website will not be available. Absolutely can not trust WISH

refund policy is thirty days to return but there is no return address, need to contact customer service and hope they respond before 30 days but not sure what their actually policy is since they never responded in time to return. Did not use the product becuase it was the wrong product.
