I am here just regretting purchasing anything on this website! It's been hell trying to get a return information or refund for an item that I am not satisfied with and doesn't work either. Sites like this should not be allowed to operate because they are just scamming people of their money. They don't even abide by their money back guarantee which is so ridiculous. But from this site at the detriment of your mental health.
I belive wish is a platform that launders money, you order items on their platform but they don't really have any commitment to deliver, 6 months later they want to refund your payment, there is also no way to correspond with a person
Shipping costs are Way Too HIGH! Use to be a lot more reasonable. I can buy local cheaper now!
Its true it is a unacceptable amount of time to wait for a delivery but you can contact customer services who once the delivery date is gone always give me a refund and has gone back into my bank account quite quickly.
They always say if it turns up you can keep it, this has happened on various occasions ive been refunded then two of three weeks later it has been delivered.
However ive noticed that they keep moving the delivery time so you cannot get a refund one item ive been waiting for three months now and the order has still not been processed as its sold out but it wasnt sold out when i ordered it so for theese reasons im only giving it a 3 out of 5
They will sell somthing really cheap I got 7 out of 8 items refunded by wish because the store could not send but they had it now at a higher price if I wanted to reorder and shipping a laugh if it's cheap the shipping is way to high like 3 dollar shoes and 25 for shipping just be careful another good one 3 dollar dress but only I size one color like xxs green I'm 5ft 90 pounds and I'm med all other sizes and color 19 that is a real problem (false advertising) why aren't they stopped? Watch the jewelry 925 and 18k not happens all the time.

I order on Apple iPad. In August things started going wrong with service pages. Apple said problem at wish end not my iPad. Info about orders missing. I actually love wish. I have gotten so many things that I really love! But from August til now I have not received 2 dresses, a crinoline, 2 pairs of boots, a blouse and a wardrobe. Told wish I hadn't received these items but because I couldn't give them any specific info on these items I can't get a refund because they say I sent no info within the 30 day guarantee. There are so many things that I would love to order but now I'm finished with wish! All I can say is if you get any problems with your devise get it fixed as soon as possible and maybe change to a different email. Enjoy wish!

I have purchased many items on wish and have been generally happy. The long delivery times are known up front so no problem there and all of the items have matched expectations. My last purchase, a bike seat, was cancelled by the origin company... i received no notice of this. When it failed to arrive I found out about the cancellation. After an email exchange with wish I was told I would receive a refund. Received an email saying that a refund for the purchase price was coming. Did not receive this. More emails, more promise to reimburse... no payment came... more emails and now it has gone quiet... no response... As I said happy with the other purchases but not this one for sure.

I am a frequent buyer on Wish. But I have an issue, when I go on Facebook to keep up with my page, I often get advertisements from them. When I click on an item that interests me, it does not bring me to the item in question. This happens all the time. Hi then try writing exactly what I see And I can never find the item in question. I have tried to send them a message and they have gotten back to me but it is just a generic message or automatic response. They need to resolve the issue if they want to make more money and satisfy their customers.

My order never arrived for waiting over a month. They keep extending delivery dates. Customer support replied via email and refunded my order. If you need to order something important and want to be very sure to get in time, this is NOT the site to order from
I ordered several products here, but the delivery is very long. After 2 months I received my orders, but you can order more in another place and not wait so enduring.

UPDATE: We finally got a customer support rep who could understand that we got an incomplete order and we were issued a refund. Once they listened, they were helpful and we are pleased with their service

We placed two orders with Wish. One was correct but we received only a partial order for the other. In spite of several explanations and images sent to Wish to prove we had received only one component of the four that made up the item, they insisted that they had sent what they were supposed to. They finally agreed to a refund, but only if I paid return shipping. Given that I had only a partial order to return we decided it wasn't worth a prolonged battle. Just as they hoped! They simply would not take the time to listen to us and try to understand the issue. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

My item is a month and a half late. But the automated customer service "chat" refunded the shipping charge and suggests following up in a few weeks for a full refund if I still haven't received it.

Started out good for the first three days, like 30% discount. Thereafter, for about five months, there is super-good selection, prices mostly poor. Then, since about A couple of months ago, specs on items became false, ie; electrical ratings and photo illusions, and grew worse for price deception. Press BUY to experience outright false advertising pricewise. The operators of this site raised the prices.
On a good note refunds, lots of them holding my money, have been resolved so far. Except just shipping on a non-received item. They are advertising I may get a full refund in a couple of weeks.

I occasionally like to shop on Wish for phone cases because of their low prices. I purchased a few from Wish and was happy with most of the cases that I found. A few looked a little cheap, but overall I was happy with my purchase. Wish has a different shipping price for each item so often times when purchasing multiple items, shipping can be high.

I have placed two orders on this site. Like many of the reviews here, I didn't receive my ordered items. I am not sure it's because of the COVID situation or not.
But to be fair about this Wish site, the reimbursement is like what they promised but you may encounter some sporadic/inconsistent situations. Here are two situations I ran into:
(1) The "Contact Support" link sometimes may not appear. But by back and forth closing/opening new tab, it eventually appeared.
(2) Sometimes it will not leave you enough time to type in your problem. In this case, pre-write your problem on a word document, copy and paste to Wish can resolve this problem.
Initially, I was about to write an unfavorable review at one point, but during my last try it went through and got my refund immediately. I got to say one good thing about this site is that it processes refunds with lightening speed. The customer support function design may not be perfect, but I truly believe this site is not trying to scam like I previously suspected. It just needs to streamline its software ("Contact support " part).

I never bought clothing, other than items to donate to charity for children. Most orders were for small gifts etc, Pricing and shipping (pre-Covid) were always satisfactory to NZ.

Most of my orders have been pretty legit, the only complaint is how darned expensive the shipping fee is, and maybe I've been spoiled by amazon prime but why should it take 2 months for me to get a pair of earbuds? I've had some orders straight up never get delivered, but at least the micro SD card I bought works.

My three shirts stated " instock 3xl" so i paid $63. Total. Delivery time was excellant but all the shirts are way too small and the size tags have been cut off.! This suggests a fraud or scam of some sort. Very bad practice! Wish has been badly let down! I have notified wish on App. Again I state Wish as I understand are like Amazon. Basicly a platform for purchasing from providers. The provider of the product is at question

I have a habit of searching on Wish.com and I find so many items I like. Everything is at a decent price but you do need to make sure it isn't the same cost somewhere closer to you. (Example: A footbath on Wish.com could be $20, and at your local grocery store it could be $25. Shipping out of the country could add up to the same or more as if you got it locally.) If you order from Wish, it could be 1-5 weeks for delivery, so you have to weigh the pros and cons. I have gotten a few great products from this website and a few not so great, but I always test my luck because of the selection and price. Clothing can be tricky if you like form-fitting clothes. I have noticed that a good amount of clothes I did get would fit, but were not form-fitting at all. I will continue to get more items from wish.com, but most likely not clothing unless it is a "bandage or Bodycon dress".
