I bought a transmission back on February 26th and till today I haven't received my transmission so I called them Saturday the 29 of April and told them what was going on and they helped me get all my money back every single penny. They also told me it will take up to 10 business days but I got my money back 4 days later. The customer service were really good to me. Maybe I'm lucky but overall this is a good bank. And I'm a member for almost 3 years. I highly recommend this bank to those who can't have a bank on their local area. My name is tufuiopa Rommel sa. I have been using wisley for 2 months through my work, it's what my tips go on. I had fraud for over 700$ on my card and wisley would not give me back a dime. I called and called and called and there customer service is even worse then there company in general. Absolutely horrible company overall and 10/10 do not recommend. Stay away from this trash company. Wish I could click 0 stars
I just learned today that if u even MENTION the word missing or any word inferring such, then they AUTOMATICALLY lock not only your card but your account as well! No in person withdrawals. No direct withdrawal payments on bills you may have set up! Even if u specifically ask to not report it missing. And the waiting period for the new card? 10 F-ing business days! 🤬🏽 immediately decided to end service with this "bank"!

You cannot trust this service they provide incorrect information and will not help you fix the issues they've caused, they will spin you around to many supervisors and if you ask to speak to a manager they have to request it and there's a 24-48 hour call back time. I hate it these people are horrible, especially on the chat. Don't waste your time.
This company will put a + by money they say they deposited which you never see even though you be waiting and watching out for your money. Then it takes up to 90 days to investigate then they give you some money back for part of the claim and not pay the rest they are a rip off and all the people who are getting robbed they should all get together and get a lawyer. How you supposedly pay for some and then say for the bigger part you see no error
Money has been debit from my account in several instances when I asked to speak with supervisor, manger, etc, They ask why-o, again, refusing to transfer the call. Money debit from account twice after verified to recipenyt on bill was paid and received the first time. Told my account has a locked and transactions were not clearing. WHen That is not true, because checked after each transaction. Because of the issues with near $10,000 im concerned! FDIC Complaint

They sent a new card to an 2 year old address and was never activated. I started a new job and choose them and they put my pay on the card I never received. Then to get a new card I had to share my identification to get them the authenticate who I was and confirm my new address. One week later they still haven't authorized to send me a new card. They keep telling me to call back to check. DO NOT choose this company for a pay card.

They don't deposit your paycheck until sometime during day of scheduled direct deposit, you can get your paycheck quicker than your direct deposit through them. They don't tell you that you have to click a button to get direct deposit 2 days early and it take a few pay periods. I will be late on all my bills. The employee at my job who has traditional banking, Chime, cash app have all received their direct deposit Friday morning, I have to wait unti sometime before midnight on Tuesday. Payday is Monday. No one should use them

I have not been able to access my account online since receiving and called wisely support multiple times throughout the month to alleviate this issue with zero success. I have had to interview the customer support agents and use my own analytical and critical thinking skills to figure out the appropriate questions about their procedures to gather information from them to find my own solution. This should be the opposite way around. I will be so happy when AI finally replaces these useless jobs.

I've been with wisely for almost 4 years and never had a problem with them. I set up a new deposit and some how my account number is now completely different then what it was last week. I've been fighting to get my deposit all day and all I'm getting is instructions on how I can fix their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous!
I transferred money from my Wisely account to another bank account. I paid the extra $3 to have it immediate. Here we are 10 days later and the money was taken out of my Wisely account and NEVER deposited into my other bank. I have called everyday and they tell me it will take 1-2 business days. They are flat out lying because it has been 10 days and still no money! They are stealing peoples money! That is against the law! I will never use Wisely again, and I will tell everyone I know how terrible of an experience this has been!

Made me wait from Dec. 13 till Jan. 2 to get my card to get my wages and had to give them 34 dollars to get it when I did and then fussed at me cause I thought I deserved a refund. Mt fault there site won't work. Just wanna argue with ya. Won't never use this card again. Strongly encourage no one else do
I haven't used the card since 2021 for payroll deposits and the last deposit of any$ was my 2022 tax refund. Since then I have sporadically withdrawn funds. Today I visited their webpage and after imputing login info I was asked to confirm via email or text. This was impossible as both my phone # and email has been changed.
As well as the window for choosing which verification option would not scroll leaving a cancel button covering the option buttons...thus, the only option I had was to cancel.
Called customer service and was asked date of last transaction...told the guy that it was months ago, and as they don't issue paper account statements as well as my inability to access my account on line I had no idea of the exact date! So I was told I would have to send them.a photo of my photo I.D. to confirm identity.
I suggest they do like my bank and ask security questions I.e. " name of my first pet" etc. as this would simplify this process...but to no avail. So it's "aloha o'e " wisely. C.B.3

My employer put my earned per diem on an activate wisely Visa card in August. I called to activate the card and check balance after 2 weeks, as I was told to do. They, Wisely, has been charging me $4 a month for inactivity! Stealing my money! Called to find out why, customer service guy answers from Bangladesh! DO NOT USE if you have a choice! LET'S GO BRANDON!

This is thee worst bank possible to try and get a refund from. It's my money I worked for it. Give me my money back. It taking more than 2 weeks for a dispute to process? I've never heard of that! And I've never had a problem with Wells Fargo.
I tried to get my taxes deposited on my card. I was notified of the deposit on the 8th and on the 9th I received an email saying that I need to upgrade my card to receive my deposit. I upgraded my card and was told that it did not work and I would be mailed a check. On the 13th I get an email saying that the deposit has been returned to sender. I had to give them my i.d. picture and social security card picture. Not a good company.
They blocked my account for no reason and every time when I call to support they ask wait 1-2 business days for check my documents. But I already got salary on this card why they didn't check everything before I got money. Looks unprofessional!

Someone hack my account and ordered football ticket to a game in Philadelphia for $484. I live in Missouri, why would I travel to Philly for a football game? Contacted Wisely about it 3 months ago and filed a fraud report. Finally last week received a response that there was no fraud on that transaction. I only bring home about $800 a month why would I spend $484 dollar on football tickets and travel over 2000 miles round trip? IDK who else to go to but after reading reviews I think a class action suit is in order.
My card was compromised and fraudulently used but after contacting them and going through their process they decided my card wasn't used fraudulently used. I don't understand how they can determine this didn't happen when it did? Now I'm out my money and a criminal gets to keep whatever they purchased with my funds?
Ridiculous! If my employer didn't use this to pay out my tips I'd burn it!

A chat person told me I had to upgrade my card when I wasn't able to use it only to then find out I was typing in the wrong numbers. I upgraded it by that point and after a few weeks my account is closed without warning. My money was still on it so during the panic I texted three chat assistants who all said it was my fault for failing the verification test needed to upgrade my card despite me telling them that's what I was told to do. They then tell me they can not specify what went wrong and just to know that it went wrong and I could never access or open an account again. The first two rudely ended the chat after saying their piece and the third directed me to the customer service line. I called them and Veronica comes to the line saying the same thing which obviously doesn't help so being desperate I asked to plead my case to someone higher. Only for her to put me on hold for ten minutes, pretend to be a higher person in charge and accidentally let her name slip out! Bad customer service doesn't even scratch the surface and to have my account closed from listening to what a chat assistant told me in the first place without any compensation is ridiculous. I'd sue but wouldn't even know where it would be directed to!
I was forced to use Wisely through my work and I am very unhappy with them! I had numerous unauthorized purchases on my account and after reporting them, paying extra to have a card shipped immediately, and then after many follow-up phone calls, I received a letter stating that they were not going to reimburse me a dime. I don't use the card for very many things so they are obviously not my doing so now I have to dispute it and hopefully get my money back. They weren't doing their job and now I am forced to do it for them. Stay away from Wisely!
I'm so tired of America out sourcing work. When you have to discuss your account information over the phone with people that are not from this country. I don't even like doing with people in this country over the phone. I rather go in person but that's what I get for banking online with this company that is not a real bank they have to use a real bank to keep our money in. That real bank can't discuss anything with you because of these online banking third part situations. They are just holding your money. I'm so done with this kind of banking also because of language barriers. I'm sick of other people coming to this country like the border issue. They get free housing for two years and we have homeless veteran who went to war for our country. Then our tax payer money has to pay for this. I'm going back to local banking. It enough that local banking have your information I no longer want people that do not live in this country having my information. America you suck for this, give our jobs back to Americans and if you are allowing people to come from across the border at our expense. Help our homeless and Veteran that want help give them free rent for two years.

I had my card info stolen and I'm still waiting for wisely to give me back my money. The customer service is garbage, they rush you or hang up right as you get transferred. Even the digital chat is the same. I needed help and they rush you. I really hate that my work forces this card on us. So many coworkers have had the card information stolen and they also have had crappy experiences as well.
They will steal your money & act like you are clueless as to where it went. They have stolen thousands of their customers money. I don't see why or how the FBI isn't involved yet.
I was to receive a sign on bonus, itvwas over 10k. Wisely rejected the funds and it took 4 days to return the money to the originator. They asked for all my identification documents and proof from my employer that thise funds were mine, so when it was deposited again it would go through. It was rejected again! They should not outsource to another country, it's terrible.
