I opened a wirex account as a second account, inused it mainly as onboarding for btc and also converting from gbp to eur. With no warning whatsoever after 2 months of regular use my account was restricted and i got a kyc email from wirex. No prinlem i sent them my bank statement from my primary bank account along with payslips showing my earnings and proof of funding. I then heqrd absolutely nothibg despite multiple emails. This caused me considerable financial hardship at the time. I was eventually directed to download discord from the app store as wirex address customer service issues on the discord message servers. All you are then told is your case is escallated as absolutely NOTHING happens. You are approached regularly by scammers pretending to be wirex customer service and all this happens openly on the discord channels as wirex look on. Imagine jp morgan or barclays did this. Its disgusting they treat their customers this way and also they are allowed to operate in this fashion…STAY AWAY FROM WIREX THERE ARE FAR SAFER BETTER ALTERNATIVES THAN THESE SCAMMERS

Definitely the worst service. Wirex closes your account saying false reasons like outstanding balance, which is totally false in my case. I'm not the only one, in the Wirex community and other sites you'll find a lot of complaints about this scam company. I suggest to those who use this service to ASAP withdraw your crypto and close your account, then move to other better service. Wirex will block you soon or later and ask for 30 GBP to send your remaining crypto to your bank account. #NotYourKeysNotYourCoins
