I stumbled across this site after I placed my order and got very nervous. A couple days later I got my order. It did come in a padded bag which was scary. But the headset was in perfect working condition. No sign of being used or repaired. I did have 2 questions and both times they were answered within 24 hours. EVEN ON THE WEEKEND! So I am extremely happy with my purchase. I paid about half of the cheapest sale price that I could find. For me this was an awesome experience.

I ordered a Wireless speaker on August 29th and it is now September 21st and I still have not received my purchase. I have been tracking it and it is all over the country. All I asked was that they refund my $5.99 shipping fee but was told that they paid more than that to ship it and to just keep on waiting. Whatever happened to customer service?!?! I will never purchase another thing from this site!

I ordered a Wireless speaker on August 29th and it is now September 21st and I still have not received my purchase. I have been tracking it and it is all over the country. I ordered a set of logitech h600 headphones 9/20. Was sent a pair that was obviously used not in oem packaging. They were inoperable and completely useless. I emailed them at *******@yahoo.com. They wasn't to send another pair, but why should I trust them this time!?

I ordered a new speaker and I received a used one. I emailed the company as soon as I received the product but no answer. After contacting them a few times they offered me a discount if I keep the used product. I refused and they told me to send the item back. I asked for return shipping as it was not my fault that I received a used product. They told me to ship it and they will refund me the shipping charges. I have sent them USPS receipt and 5 emails and they are ignoring me. I have now read the reviews and they have done the same thing to other clients.

Stay away. I have purchased a few Plantronics edge bluetooth ear pieces over the years. My last shipment was not even in original package and sounded terrible. I emailed them for a return, sent it back from my office shipping dept. And a month later they are saying the did not get it and want my ups tracking Number. Who keeps that. Terrible service. Another coworker said he received a used part once and took 3 months to get a replacement.

Ordered head set since March, 21st... Still waiting all they do is give fake Tracking numbers alot of lies it's not store it's a house they never call you back just nothing but lies buyer be ware I have reported then to a better Business Bureau go and see for yourself watch your credit card n buyer beware... I have gone to place and saw I live in New York... Liersssss New York Great Place people like them give us bad reputation...

Dont use the mass selling place that dont care about your customer service needs. I have a defective product and its been 3 days without a response with 3 email request. There is no phone number either to call them. Pay more for the product and buy from a real store.

I would think 3 times before using these guys. They promised they'd send a replacement for my defective head as soon as they received tracking info for the one that is in the mail being returned. THEY LIED. IN OTHER WORDS, You cannot believe what they tell you. I even have it in writing.

I paid extra for an item to have priority shipping and still I was told my item will not be shipped till 3 days after I ordered it and they only return emails 24 hours later and trying to call them is a lost cause

I bought Dr Dre Beats wireless bluetooth headphone. On their website, they did NOT state refurbished or used item. When I asked, he said I was getting a new bulk item. I placed an order but what came in the mail was an open box/refurbished item. I called them and started a return item request but its been pending for over a week now. The number is automated with nobody ever answer the phone. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The returned item was refunded on the day they received the item back. The refund to cover the shipping cost to return the item took an additional week and a half dozen emails. I consider the matter resolved.

Ordered a Logitech webcam which was advertised as new but in bulk packaging.

What arrived was a dirty used webcam covered in scratches.

Customer support telephone number is a recording, directing you to submit your inquiry via email on their "Customer Service" page.

After emailing customer support about receiving a used, instead of new webcam, they responded with a curt email, offering to make a $10 adjustment or I could send it back for a refund. Apparently they don't have any new ones to sell, as a new replacement was never offered.

There is no return label, so apparently one has to do it at their own cost.

Customer support seems to be managed by a bot, since they are generic emails sent at the same time and they never address questions (will they cover the cost of return shipping since the item was NOT as described?) you've asked for the last 3 consecutive days.

This business operates with bait & switch tactics and their customer service department is non existent.

This company stole my credit card information and made an crazy order on behalf of me. We kindly return the little dirty package by UPS (we paid shipping), and they still did not return the charges to the card- this has been 4 months. A fraud company should be removed from the earth!

Almost everything you buy from the company is used, supposedly refurbished or broken to start with. Customer Service is non-existent. I requested permission to return a headset that was broken upon opening the package. I have contacted them four times about it and still no response. You would think after someone has spent over $400.00 with them they would appreciate your business. They just don't care. Once they have your money which they take immediately you will never hear from them again. Pay a little more and buy from a reputable company... this one is certainly not!

I bought something from BuyDailydeals (same company as WirelessOEMShop) and they LIE about their items being NEW.

THIS IS A SCAM!

I emailed the seller because the price seemed to good to be true and he ensure me that the produce was NEW in bulk packaging. The item came shipped loose inside US Mail padded envelope. Once opened it was obvious that the item was FAR from new. Scratches all over both the remote and hub (see pictures). Very frustrating.

Also, if you look at their Walmart profile you will see a bunch of reviews with 5 starts and no comments. I don't know this for sure but it seems like those are fake reviews that are trying to make themselves appear reputable.

If the item is shipped and sold by "BuyDailydeals" you should RUN/WirelessOEMShop.

Over the last 4 years, I have bought 10 Bluetooths from this website. Half of them do not show up when my phone is searching for them and half of them quit working or the charger port comes loose. I call the brand name company of my product and with my receipt they promptly send me a new Factory item. All name brand companies guarantee their products for the first year with receipt. This new item that comes directly from the name brand company is a huge difference from the refurbished piece that I get from this website. I continue to buy from this website because of the price, knowing that it will be about a month before I actually get to use the product, after it's probably not going to work and then having to mail it to the name brand company and wait for my new name brand product. Ugh. But I keep doing it because of the price.

I bought two beats mixr from this website. I didn't get a tracking number just a order confirmation. I payed $169.68 I try to email them and ask for a tracking number no response I try to call multiple times and nothing. Oh but they did take out the money that same day I purchase the headphones. I have try to cancel the order and just get my money back and haven't had any luck. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. Never again will I purchased anything from here.

Figured I'd save $15 or so by ordering from this site. I purchased a wireless headset by the way. As soon as I checked out, there were misspelled words and double negatives on the confirmation page. Package was supposed to come through 2 day shipping, but didn't. I emailed company asking to cancel order but they said it was already shipped. It wasn't already shipped. The business only purchased postage and gave me a tracking number to make it look like the package had shipped. This business sucks. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from here!

This business is full of con-men.

Will not tell me how to return item and have not answered my e-mails poorest quality merchandise once they get your money that's it trying to go through PayPal but don't know outcome yet wish I had read reviews first!

I purchased a beats headset and a wireless speaker. They arrived in a barely padded envelope. The headset did not have a case and the speaker was in a plastic baggie. I made inquiries and was not satisfied and requested a refund. I mailed items back by putting original envelope in a bigger envelope mid December. We are recovering from Hurricane Harvey and in the ongoing recovery I lost tracking number. They would not refund my money even though I returned the items because I could not produce a tracking number. I thouroughly explained my situation via email and the responding individual would write the same request for tracking number regardless of the content on the email. I think he was hoping I would just give up. I had to go thru PayPal escalation to attempt to get my refund. The email responders refused to look for my returned package without a tracking number.
DO NOT BUY FROM WIRELESSEOMSHOP - doesnt get any worse than this

How nice my item was set for delivery Nov 3rd! I was told I would have it no later than Nov 1St! Than item arrives and is not a new in package item like I would assume I was ordering since nothing indicated anything else. Instead I receive either a used one or reconditioned one. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and the states Attorney General today just so you are aware. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare! Paid extra for quick shipping, was lied to when it shipped, and when it would arrive than got junk, not what I paid for. I ordered a new product and got a baggy with used stuff or reconditioned.

It's one thing to sell an inexpensive product, it's another to support it when it doesn't work. WirelessOEMShop has great prices, but LOUSY customer service. I've purchased a few things from this site in the past, and they've all worked, so there was no issue. This time I purchased two Motorola Elite Flip (HZ720) headsets, and neither of them worked. I tried to contact WirelessOEMShop through their web site, email address and phone number. I have not heard anything back from them AT ALL. Not a peep, not a whisper, not a carrier pigeon or smoke signals. If you want to roll the dice and take your chances, have at it (I won the game at least twice in the past), but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

UPDATE: They DID finally respond to my emails, and sent me a new (functional) headset after I returned the broken one (I had already gone directly back to Motorola to replace the other unit). I'm not in a huge hurry to do business with them again, but in this case, after a lot of frustration, they ended up doing the right thing.

Got an otter box for cheap for my HTC Evo 4G LTE-it arrived on time-was new and in the manufacturers packaging-Dont know how they got the bad reviews that they did. I contacted them a few days back and was going to cancel-they got back to me right away and said it had already shipped, but if I didn't like it I could return it. I am glad I took a chance-I would definitely use them again!
