From a business to business standpoint, I hate to give any business a bad review. I've been very patient with this company. I placed orders totalling over $700 from them. And their service was sub par at most. They sent out my initial orders on time, but failed to let me know that some items were back-ordered/out of stock, and miscounted another item. Fine. I called them to ask about the status of the back order and they didn't even know that it was back ordered. Apparently, they wrote "back-order" on the packing list, but didn't include it in their system. So when I called in, I had to explain to them and wait for them to "confirm with their warehouse".
They said they're out of stock (again) but are expecting more by the end of the week and would ship it out by Friday or the next Tuesday. Fine. Couple weeks pass and nothing. I called back again and they now claim that their staff is out of town for a Pinterest event and that the order must have been "placed on the back burner" but that they'd get to it. I had to call NUMEROUS times to get them to ship out the items. When they finally shipped it out, they forgot the miscounted item.
I called again asking about the miscounted item. Which again, is out of stock but they would send it out as soon as possible (again). By now, our office had moved locations because this had been MONTHS since the initial order was placed. I told them of the address change, and they said they would correct it. Weeks pass again, and nothing. I called back. They said it was shipped to the old address but that they would get back to me because (you guessed it) they were understaffed again and not in the office. I called back in a couple days to find out that they decided to refund that miscounted item.
The receptionist offered to send me a discount code for my next purchase, whether or not I chose to use it. I told her I most likely will not purchase from them again because of how unreliable they are as a business to business supplier. She said that she understood and would send it anyways. Guess what? She never sent it. I wouldn't use it anyways. But this goes to show how unreliable they are and how they don't follow through, which is completely unacceptable in business.
Tried to give them multiple chances. But I recommend others to save your time and money and purchase from other suppliers instead.
