I recently ordered a RedRock Honey Comb Headache Rack from American Trucks. It was on sale and at a price better than any of the other Headache Racks with a 3 year warranty. Free shipping from FedEx and got to my home in 2 days. Set a little higher than anticipated, but did a modification and fixed the issue. Looks great and l can now protect my rear window and have a way to strap my welding bottles and propane tanks securely in my truck.

As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. However the website and delivery process was easy and the part arrived ahead of schedule. I will most likely order again.

My number one criterion when doing business with any company is customer support and RealTuck nailed it.

Lucky find! Needed spark plugs for my 1927 John Deere D tractor. These plugs are easier to find in the USA, but in Canada they are a lot more "fewer and farther between," so I was surprised to see them in stock. Next, the price was great compared to the prices from the US retailers. I don't have it down to exact dollar and cents but I would estimate I saved around $50 with NOT having to worry about exchanges/duties etc. They were shipped really quick too (I ordered late Sunday, Monday was a holiday and I still received them on Wednesday).

Received initial cover but was a bit short in length. Car was a 1971 Dodge.

I contacted sealskin and was asked how short was cover. I said just 1 foot. They sent me a return postage sticker and I boxed up/returned cover.

About 10 days later I received the replacement cover and it fit perfectly and it's awesome.

The soft inside with waterproof outside and elastic ends fits and protects the car better than I could have hoped.

Quadratec is always great to work with, things ship out so quickly. I called in to request a new part and it was later on a Friday but a real person answered and got right with me. The part that came was not what was pictured and he apologized and got it all straightened out. Said he would put in a request for the warehouse to check that the muffler had no flange. But the second one I received also had a flange. I love Quadratec but was not satisfied with the product I received.
