I made an order yesterday and my life became miserable. They supplied the very local item after a long delay and the customer service team is very poor and irresponsible. Quality is very bad and my request for writing the message in the cake also not followed. Horrible

They are fraud. They will take money from you and will not deliver anything and say that the delivery agent called but you didn't pick. $#*! when address is provided still they make excuses. Ruine your celebration. They are worst for making memories. Don't go for them. I paid 6days before hand. They first told me my phone was not picked. Then told me it was switched off and at last they said then it was not reachable. And they neither refund nor respond to you.
Next day they ask for money again and still not deliver nor refund your amount.
Guys please don't pay them they are fraud and they will not deliver anything. I feel india is full of frauds. Neither their phone number is working.
I wish i can give 0 review to this website I have send mother's day cake and flowers for my mom and sister. They received only cake not flowers so my sister called to see y order was incomplete. Some guy picked up phone and started using bad words to her instead of solving problem. So I emailed couple of times to let them know what's having they keep saying your order has been delivered so next day again I made my mom to call the girl picked up phone she explained her all situation she said she will call back but no call back no nothing This is how these people treat customer...very bad experience...

I order a cake for my mom's birthday. Cake was delivered to a wrong person in the second attempt the cake i received was putrid smelling. I had to throw away in a trash. They ruined my Mom's Birthday & my faith on them

When I called customer service to complain, he disconnected my call by saying thank you.
There was no email or messages sent for delay in order, I am not sure what type of service is this.

Delivered a cheap cake than what was ordered. The cake ordered was completely different than what was delivered. The same cake (delivered) was showing to be of low price on their website and i paid the amount of another which was higher
