¹ We are certain that this order was disseminated as a direct result of racial discrimination. Too many things wrong and the attitude she confronted, says all I need to know. My spouse, a Latina, had to translate(i was far too angry to think about trying out my rather weak Spanish) nor should I have to, living in the United States, as they REFUSED to speak English and hung up on me 4x.! My online order number is # Wingstop Order#*******. I live one hour from the store. This is not the first time we have been damaged by Wingstop; it will be the last! After arriving home, and opening the SEALED BAG, I realized we had 28 wings. 2 flavors, and 16/20 (double order of corn) was short. I was and remain furious. The cost of fuel and distance, will not allow us to drive another hour to bring your food back, I would need time & fuel reimbursement. I once took a Pizza Restaurant, about 20 years ago to court, to collect a refund. It's rare, but it is a principle, and if I'm made to, plus, I'll get my time, fuel, emotional and anguish, because it's discriminatory. How do we know? The employee or manager, implied to my wife, why she'd be married to a white guy? I'm very angry, this is after I called for reimbursement, and they refused! A chargeback will be initiated AND I'll be posting reviews, many reviews. That location should be permanently closed and if I learn, even one illegal is employed there, they'll be some answers to the government. I DEMAND YOU CANCEL THE AUTHORIZATION, IN ADVANCE OF MY CHARGEBACK. YOU have to be taught a lesson; and cannot be allowed to profit from misdeeds, especially, intentional ones. What a bunch of@@!$%!
