Not only does Windy City Novelties have poor quality products, but when you go to write a review for the product that you just bought on their site, they will not display it. In fact, it always says " Be the first person to review this product", even after you just got done writing and submitting your review for that product. Obviously, they know their products are garbage. The led wands I got broke really easy, and the multi color light I got came with a bulb that did not even work. I will never waste my money with them again,

It was too loose on my ankle. The quality was not at all what I was expecting, not great. The "leather" was crappy and had a fuzzy look. I ordered the another one from hyshous e.com and everyone loved it.
