2021- TXTried to use a groupon and he knew we were going to look at 2 houses. After he saw the 2 homes, both under 2,000 square feet, he said oh you can only use the groupon for one address, I said "Huh, I bought 2 groupons, your ad says can purchase 2. Scam! Like a bait and switch... dishonest! Then he tried to upsell me on other things including powerwashing, buying windows and the likes. He was also quite rude, Calling me to tell me my apt was in 2 minutes. And then going on taking up my time to upsell me on other items. No bueno!. Had to get groupon involved for return processing. Pure time drain/bandit! 2022-sept. In Edmond, Oklahoma- window Genie door knockers. I'm not into people going door to door to sell and littring the whole neighborhood leaving liter on my door! Its just not right. On that reason alone will not use them and based on prior experience.

Tip for consumers:
There are lots of straight forward window washers in Arlington area. Do your research and read the reviews prior to buying a groupon for window Genie , that way you can save hassle and time. In Edmond there are better companies doing just honest work, not trying to make a buck or deceive you. I love Josh from Royal Pane! Windows gleam after he does the windows and hes honest!

Sleazy business! I like others got scammed by them and their 'deals', only to be surprised once the window cleaners arrived with a big additional charge. We agree to just do the absolute basics and then the cleaners didn't have what they needed to do the job. When we we tried to reschedule, Window Genie said they wouldn't come back out. The owner and his office staff are rude, condescending and unprofessional! There are other window cleaning companies who are reputable and easy to work with. PLEASE find some other company than this one! I sure am!
