We were looking everywhere for different parts for our boat and finally found them at WindowDoorParts. The representative was very nice and educated on the parts.
Ordered product from their website store. Never received product. Unable to get help as phone number was a recording and later website gone. Lost $89.00.

Got what I needed from Amazon.
Ordered 4 Pella window cranks. Got an email same day saying "order received". Nothing further. Emailed company a week later requesting status. No response. Now 2 weeks later, Still no response and no product. Placing amount in dispute with credit card company. This company appears to be a black hole.
