Ordered asking for special ring size, 9 1/4. Got order fast, and more gorgeous than imagined. 40th wedding anniversary amazing and ring was center stage. The gift diamond ear rings, 1 carat each, put things over the top. Thank you so much. I happy camper!

I missed the delivery from J.R. Dunn. My fault! I simply emailed them for help from outside the U.S. and they arranged for my package to be held at the UPS store near my home. What a relief! Thank you J.R. Dunn. Their signature requirement and delivery management took a lot off my mind. Like all transactions with them. It was sooooo easy!

Ordered, and it has been almost 2 weeks, and still in processing, I get it it's "hand made" but if you have a website advertising rings, they should already be in stock and made already, their customer service copy and pasted their responses, every email is the same generic it take 6-12 days to process, almost 2 week just to process what kind of jewelery it is. So if you dont like to wait forever go with a company based in the US where they have their ordering down and doesn't advertise jewelry that isn't even made yet, I'm never ordering from this place again!
