Wonderful experience. I found a good ring design and ordered it, custom made. Fair price with inscriptions customized, size was perfect. Beatiful craftsmanship. All communication was prompt and ring arrived early to me. Overall experience was outstanding.

I missed the delivery from J.R. Dunn. My fault! I simply emailed them for help from outside the U.S. and they arranged for my package to be held at the UPS store near my home. What a relief! Ordered, and it has been almost 2 weeks, and still in processing, I get it it's "hand made" but if you have a website advertising rings, they should already be in stock and made already, their customer service copy and pasted their responses, every email is the same generic it take 6-12 days to process, almost 2 week just to process what kind of jewelery it is. So if you dont like to wait forever go with a company based in the US where they have their ordering down and doesn't advertise jewelry that isn't even made yet, I'm never ordering from this place again!
